The property manager Aaliyah is the worst person I've ever seen behind the counter. Someone tried kicking in my door the first night did not feel safe staying there and wanted to check out the next day. She made it a point to make sure I wasn't going to get any money back . Deactivated my key when I had one night left in my stay and refused to give me any money back and they were going to hold my items and I had to call Albuquerque Police to get my stuff back. And mostly longer staying residents there so it's run like an apartment complex. First thing they need to do is fire the manager

Worst. Place ever. Customer service doesn’t exist. They tell you to wash your own towels and then I’ll give you extra toilet paper if you need it.

The main problem was the Manager XAVIER. He is probably the most unethical person I have ever known! He LIES to me every time I talk to him. He overcharged me $380 for my stay, then refused to refund my money! He sees nothing wrong with his fraudulent CRIMES against customers. And the corporate HQ refused to help me! I will NEVER stay here again!

The TV didn't work and it took 2 days to get it fixed. Then they tried to get the payment early and when they couldn't get it they cancelled my reservation. I had a reservation for a month. So they ruined the whole thing I had to pay more at a different hotel
