Worst. Place ever. Customer service doesn’t exist. They tell you to wash your own towels and then I’ll give you extra toilet paper if you need it.

The main problem was the Manager XAVIER. He is probably the most unethical person I have ever known! He LIES to me every time I talk to him. He overcharged me $380 for my stay, then refused to refund my money! He sees nothing wrong with his fraudulent CRIMES against customers. And the corporate HQ refused to help me! I will NEVER stay here again!

The TV didn't work and it took 2 days to get it fixed. Then they tried to get the payment early and when they couldn't get it they cancelled my reservation. I had a reservation for a month. So they ruined the whole thing I had to pay more at a different hotel

The room was clean The remote didn't work well for the TV. When I cleaned it they left the toilet brush in the toilet. They never swept the pieces of tile up out of the bathroom floor because the maintenance man said the maid wasn't sure if they were going to fix it. The office is only open 6 days a week from 11:00 to 7:00 closed on Sunday I work 6 days a week I never get home before 7:00 the location was fine

I love the staff and the room was so clean The owner woke my family and me up saying they're noticed for then to come inspect didn't even give us 3mins to get out of the room plus they opened the bathroom door when my grandson was taking a bath and took pictures of the room and bathroom which i plan on filling a complaint and changes on him... plus he didn't allow us to stay cuz of my 2 dogs that are medical needed and there was other dogs in other rooms.. i have 2 small we'll behaved trained dogs but he just wanted to be a jackass cuz i told him we never got a letter and that he didn't have the right to go into the restroom when my grandson was in there...

I liked the fact that there are no animals on all floors or everywhere. Almost everything.

Nothing I didn’t like that I got accused of having bed bugs while they had them before I came and I got bed bugs bites. And got kicked out and didn’t get my money back for the rest of the days I didn’t get to stay

Didn’t like it staff was rude Staff was very rude room was very dirty when arrived room wasn’t ready at check in water lines were leaking appliances was broken

I had a reservation, but when I arrived, I was told the room I booked had maintenance issues. I was told there were no other rooms available.

I was just passing through and at a gas station my wallet got stolen out of my car and I made a police report and decide

Its four walls and a roof, for what they charge it should b very clean, the room was dirty but it was better then the outside. For what they charge it should have been clean. But other then that the staff is very nice. If the room was clean

They worked on the room upstairs and got noise bye 9am .

I got there when I was told no rooms were ready only one staff and no one called me back like I was told so I had to find a room else where
