The room was pretty clean the staff were not necessarily nice because they didn’t seem to listen to us and the breakfast was not expected because it was surprisingly small. The outside was dirty like a lot of construction.Pretty meh

When booking this hotel think Hilton's version of Super8, bathtub knob falls off, A/C half works, rooms that smell funny, and carpet that looks like it belongs more on Bourbon Street than in a hotel (stains everywhere). For the price just go somewhere else.

Definitely an older hotel that they have attempted to refurbish. The breakfast was lacking and the rooms were ok, but not that nice or comfortable

The employees were not very professional or courteous. They didn't seem to have any hospitality training what so ever, from the front desk clerks down to the room maids. Our bath tub and shower was dirty and hair in the tub, which my wife cleaned. There were not any face towels in the room. When my wife asked for them they said they were trying to dry them and get back with us. They never did. We had to use the medium size towels to shower with. The room maids did not speak a link of English. We tried to communicate with them about our towels and they didn't understand. One said she was Cuban and English was bad. The other one was African and didn't speak at all.

Spacious rooms, clean, no shower, curtain, shower curtain problems, at least in my room construction there makes it difficult for finding the location and then the draining of the parking lot. There’s lots of water everywhere at least when we were there.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy. We felt safe during our stay, and it was a nice place to come back to after a long day. If you're on the fence because of some of the reviews, I'd say give it a shot. Our experience was very positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Not a great part of town.

Excellent stay for overnight passing through

The staff was very helpful, which was great. The room, beddings, towels, and furniture were very clean.

This location is always so nice and clean and their employees are so friendly and helpful! My goto place to stay in abq, always! Nice pool and hot tub, great breakfast and coffee! The balcony was a little dirty but great views!!

Brand new. Looked like they were still putting things together . Pretty clean. They gave us a 20% discount because the room we got wasn't the room we booked. Paid for a Hilton. Got best Western sheets and bed. The sheets were thin and I'm not sure they were totally clean. This was a remodeled best Western. The old AC window unit rattled all night. Food selection was terrible with stained old oranges and over ripe bananas. No vent in the bathroom. Shower faucet wasn't sealed and the shower spigot was crooked. The flimsy balcony door latch just barely locked and if you pulled on it it gapped.

Did not like breakfast options. Need to improve on that.
-
The staff was uncooperative and not always quicky available
-
Great price with pool and breakfast. Nothing

Nate was awesome when we checked in. My 10 year old grandson talked to him like he had known him forever and he obliged. Breakfast was amazing compared to a lot of other hotels. Don't change a thing; our stay was great!
-
Breakfast was rubbish but everything else was good
-
Would definitely not recommend and feel like we should have been offered a discount or told the room wouldn’t have AC or pillows for the additional bed. Not a good experience, very disappointed, save your money and stay elsewhere.
-
One other key thing is that that there was adequate water pressure and volume to take a shower.
