Nice stay but difficult to get to due to the road construction. Very large room with separate sitting area, comfortable bad and a large bathroom. Swimming pool and hot tub looked dirty. In the morning they kept running out of coffee and juice and had limited breakfast options.
-
Hotel was accommodating for myself and my cat. Getting there was issue with construction happening around hotel.

We love it every time we stay!

Nice place. For some reason our reservation was under the wrong name. Staff ensured we were able to check in and all went well after that!

The staff was friendly. Their water fountain appeared to have a bullet hole in it. In the morning, the hallway smelled like hot mold. They didn't have linens in the rooms for the pullout beds and no one was available to bring it to our rooms. Currently (July 2026) there is construction going on outside all night. I know there was nothing they could do about it but it made sleeping a challenge.

The hotel was disappointing. The reviews indicated this was a recently remodeled hotel. The hotel feels like a dormitory that was converted to a hotel. The air conditioner didn't work in our room. The room was clean, but there's no way it was "remodeled." There was a room down the hall that blasted anything from Al Green to Destiny's Child all night long at an insanely high volume. We finally got up at 3 AM and just checked out because we couldn't sleep with the disturbance. Also, construction is a mess right now. The staff was friendly for the most part and there is a nice area if you are traveling with a pet. I just feel like I spent way too much money for what I received in return.

Spacious room, with sitting area. But no desk. Desk staff had duifficulty understanding English. Worst breakfast I have ever encountered at anu motel or hotel in the world.

This hotel was perfect for my family and I. The location was excellent close to everthing that we wanted to do and easy to get to from I-25. The staff was helpfuland understanding. We will use this property again when we visit Albuqerque!

The staff was not very friendly, seemed bored. The room was clean enough. There were not enough towels in the room and they were mighty thin. There was no coffee in the room, nor bottles of drinking water. The shower was ok. The bed was not. It was soft and lumpy. I’ll not stay here again.

Blankets were stained, bath towels were small, old, and frayed. Had to go ask for bedding for the couch pull out and stood at the front desk for at least 5 full minutes in full view of both employees inside the office. After saying “excuse me, hello, can I get some help, etc.” for several minutes one of them finally looked up from their phone and asked if I needed something. Never even apologized that I had to wait for that long when they were both clearly zoned out with their headphones on and scrolling on their phones. Room was on second floor and was extremely noisy through all hours. So much so that at 4:30 am we grabbed our things and left because of altercations happening in the hallway of our floor that made us feel unsafe to stay any longer. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

We stayed one night during a road trip and showed up very late (like 1 am) so we had to press a button outside to be let in but we were very quickly checked in and asleep in our room. The layout makes me think this place may have been a set of apartments at some point but the room was nice and the AC worked great.

Very clean, also likes the no smoking, we had a great over night
-
The facility did not match the description which is why I chose that property, hoping it would be comparable to a sister we stayed at the night before.
-
Average is how I would describe my stay. Nothing notable to say “it was a great stay.”.The sink didn’t drain, there are holes and mold and patching on the ceiling in a few places. Breakfast didn’t have fresh fruit or much variety.
-
Room was clean bed was comfortable. I slept good. Only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. More or less a bagel and cereal breakfast. They did have scrambled eggs and sausage but were not real scrambled eggs and the sausage was chicken sausage. For the price I paid Hilton could do a better job. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
-
Would love for this hotel to get a waffle maker for breakfast.

Our room was clean and we like the design with separate sitting area. Early check in was available. Laundry area light didn’t turn on. 1 load cost 9$ to was and dry. They were out of shampoo and pillows. The water filling station was filthy with black splatter all over it unusable. Dead cockroach floating in the hot tub. Hot tub wouldn’t turn on. Pool towel was small hand towel size.and needed to be requested from front desk. If you use the pool bring towel from your room. Breakfast was ok no complaints. Bagels and cereal etc. good for grab and go. We would not stay here again.

Some upkeep in bathroom needed simple caulking would fix.

The room was pretty clean the staff were not necessarily nice because they didn’t seem to listen to us and the breakfast was not expected because it was surprisingly small. The outside was dirty like a lot of construction.Pretty meh
