Good needing. A lot of room.

We liked the location. The construction near by the hotel.

The location has a ton of construction around it

We liked the pool. We had it ourselves most of the time. We enjoyed our room. The cleaning lady was very nice and always kept us stocked with towels. She saw i had my children and she let me use the broom to sweep up after them. She was very friendly even though she spoke only a little bit of English. But she was amazing. I also enjoyed the that they had a laundry room. So we were able to go home with clean clothes. They did not have free breakfast. That was the disappointment for my family. They still advertised free breakfast but they did not tell us there was no breakfast until after we checked in. There is only one way in and out of the hotel and only one elevator that had people back up waiting to use it. The hallways could use a little more lighting.

In the room, the shower rod was broken and wasn’t level so you could not close the shower curtain. The beds we loud and squeaked if you shifted at all.

Probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. But, not a single soda was to be found in the entire hotel.

I wish I was made aware of the road construction in front of the hotel. Absolutely not their fault for the road works, but a heads up would have been helpful.

Nothing at all will never book here again Not clean at all not even the hallways very outdated and rooms had a horrible smell and TVs didn’t work no help from the staff at all when asked about it

The shower only got Luke warm at best. The breakfast fell very short. After staying at an amazing Spark Hotel in Amarillo this one paled in comparison.

No luggage cart upon check in at 10 pm. Mattress was too soft. Air conditioning unit was noisy and displaying a strobing blue light. Breakfast and coffee were terrible. Won’t stay again.

It was GREAT HOTEL people friendly

Air conditioning in our room was on and off with cold air. The room we got placed in wasnt a great room to be in especially when it came to the mornings. Housekeeping was getting their things ready. Only one elevator which didnt help. It may be the last time I stay there.

Always stayed here when it was Best Western and was hoping for a good experience. First night the room upstairs had children running and jumping around and wanted to call the front desk. There was no phone in the room! The AC unit was really protruding into the bed that there was no air flow, we had to move the bed away from the intake vent. Went to get extra towels the next morning (4 of us in the room and only had 2 towels), and the workers all smelled like bad BO. From the front desk person to the housekeepers. The adhesive on the shampoo dispenser on the shower fell off and hit my daughter’s foot. The jets on the jacuzzi was not working and there were no pool towels. The furniture was cheap particle board, just shelves and no drawers. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Location

Very disappointing stay, especially for the price we paid. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold. Our room lock stopped working, and I had to go down from the third floor to the lobby three separate times for new keys before maintenance finally came up about 30 minutes later and discovered the lock batteries needed to be replaced. Then our AC stopped working and we had to change rooms. We specifically paid for a balcony room, but the replacement room did not have a balcony, so we did not even receive the room type we paid for. Most of the staff we interacted with were also rude and unhelpful. The maintenance employee was the exception—he was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, with this many issues during one stay, I would not stay here again.
