Television in room didn’t work the entire stay. Staff did nothing to help situation or seem to care, only say IT is aware. Might sound silly to complain but this was our final stop after a long week of camping, so we were hoping to unwind and relax. The pool was closed due to lightning in the vicinity, and we were there with our 7 year old so we were very bummed the tv in the room didn’t work the entire time. What was worse is there was very little care from hotel staff.

The staff were NOT friendly at all. Out of 10 staff members we encountered only 2 members who were kind and helpful . The others were rude and almost stand off”ish! But the cleanliness was amazing

The price was exceptional for the type of room we had! The cleanliness of the room, to the spa to the sparkling floors in the casino. And the views from our room were so beautiful! What a lovely way to way up to the sun rising over the Sandias.

The hotel room was very nice....large....clean. The event center was stunning. The casino was smokefree. Whew!!!! However, the restaurants were limited and mediocre. And, the gym was the worst ever.

Family friendly! We had a great time, the pool is beautiful and although it closed due to weather we got to enjoy it for a little while. Stuff is great and the food choice is great! Can't wait to go back.
