Our favorite place to stay in the ABQ area!

Sandia resort has been our go to hang out in Albuquerque. They're have everything and you don't have to leave. Entertainment, food, just fun!! You can go wrong.

The biggest issue was the inconsistency in how the bar’s serving policies were enforced. The staff were not very friendly, and the rules seemed to change depending on the guest. At one point, the bar closed early because other guests were intoxicated, even though they also had a stated limit on the number of drinks they would serve. My husband and I had only two drinks each over the course of approximately three hours, and we had also ordered food. Despite that, Kiara told us we were ordering too frequently and that we needed to wait 45 minutes before ordering again. When the time came, she simply told us the bar was closed. Meanwhile, other groups who appeared to be much more intoxicated continued to be served without issue. We completely understand and support responsible alcohol service, but it should be applied consistently and fairly to all guests. Unfortunately, the inconsistent enforcement and lack of friendly customer service at the pool bar left us with a negative impression.

Beautiful views. Everything was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were very roomy and the rooms very clean and spacious. Will return someday. The pool was amazing

Wonderful staff very clean

This isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced here, and it seems like every time I stay, something goes wrong. Because of these repeated disappointments and the lack of customer service to make things right, I won’t be staying here again. In the future, I’ll likely choose Isleta Casino instead.

Rooms are as sound proof as a cheap road side motel. Everything else was fine. Pool was really nice and staff are helpful.

Very nice clean rooms. Larger than expected

Our room was perfect. Room darkening shades were awesome for a great sleep. The restaurants were average at best. The pool was so cold no one was using it. lol. But the hotel was in amazing condition

The swimming pool was not anything like on the website. That was the primary reason to stay at this resort. The lady by the elevators gave me a hard time getting to my room...the gentleman was way nicer and polite.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was so kind , helpful and available. Perfect service all the way! Food was excellent. Room was comfortable and very clean. I lost $$$ at the slots but my husband won it back on blackjack table !! My husband played golf and LOVED the course. Pool is beautiful. We will be back!
