Great hotel, love live music in Casino. Pool area, views, and hotel service was excellent. beautiful land but no trails, food options were mid, and gym fell far short of expectations for a resort. O ell, wonderful time.

Property was maintained, friendly staff and security to rooms, issue with tv remote and safe, fixed within an hour.

Fabulous staff! So friendly and nice. Good restaurants. Didn’t use the casino but played golf. Wonderful golf course. Some remodeling around the clubhouse.

The decor was beautiful. A lot of effort was made to reflect the southwest. No shortcuts. The room was large and one of the best hotel rooms I have been in. Again southwest. The art work was unusual and beautiful. The furniture was curated, rough hewn and well made. Something you would put in your own home. There was lovely mill work around the window and again around the drapes and the crown molding. I’d like this in my own house. The bathroom was large and amazing. A deep soaking tub with a separate glass doored shower. We were impressed with the lobby level restaurant and its menus. No smoking in the casino. I don’t gamble but my husband said it was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, quiet and comfortable

From the minute you arrive in Albuquerque you simply call the resort and they send a car. Step foot into the beautiful resort with sparkling pool, hot tub, fire pits, HUGE casino and delicious restaurants as well as phenomenal golf center and spa. The room was extra luxurious with a magnificent view. This resort is the cleanest with the friendliest staff I have ever visited. I highly recommend staying here! Call Tracy Sherman, Concierge, for the royal treatment! She is above wonderful at helping ensure your vacation is the most memorable yet! Tell her Jan and Dan sent you!

The entire wedding party all were dissapointed by the bedding not being warm especially for the premium price of our stay. There was a very thin comforter between two crisp white sheets. All the ladies kept waking up shivering throughout the night. We laughed about all getting up looking for an extra blanket which we found in the closet only to be dissapointed that it was inadequately thin and not helpful in the least. The worst part of the whole experience however was nearly all the staff were very unwelcoming wearing cold hard expressions. While this casino is beautiful to the eye it has a very unwelcoming vibe for all of us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or the casino.

Beautifully designed and maintained resort with breathtaking sunrise Mountain Views. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff is refreshing. Always a great stay.
