Property was nice, staff was helpful and friendly

Everything was fine Breakfast was good

The first impression of the staff was excellent. I was assigned a room close to an exit since I had a service dog with me. I was able to park right by the entrance and that helped a lot since you have a dog, luggage and dog supplies to unload. The breakfast was better than I expected, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. No complaints from me.

Only complaint was the terrible breakfast. I get it’s not going to be the greatest but dumping a clump of cold gravy into a slow cooker was definitely unsatisfactory as was the stale eggs and sausage patty. Eat a waffle and yogurt and you’ll thank me later.

Could not ask for a better staff!

When we arrived the sink drain would not open so the young man had to come open it with a special tool. I also complained that the floors were dirty and needed mopping but in the 4 days we were there it was never done. The toilet rocked. The curtains were filthy. The breakfast was sun par and the waffle maker was broken. The elevator floor was always so dirty and grimy. When I complained during and at the end of our stay, the manager was supposed to contact me and never did. I called multiple times after out stay and Ashly never called e back. Very disappointed and don't recommend it to others.

What a disappointment. Room had terrible odor upon entry with dirty floors and spider webs on the lamp shades.

For the price paid, I thought this hotel was a disappointment. The rooms (we had three rooms in our party) all smelled bad....of disinfectant covered up by perfume.....If we had been there for more than one night...we wouldn't have stayed. Also, our rooms were by an outside very bright light that shone into the room all night even with the blackout screens. Save your money....this hotel is not worth the price paid.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only disappointment was the room had a slight smell of dog.

I love the location. Minutes away from The Shed and many of our favorite restaurants. Not to mention Rural King and Walmart. I'm pretty sure the AC in my room was leaking. The floor was a little damp and there was a musty smell. The maid sprayed something and it helped a little. It wasn't so bad that I wanted to change rooms but I'm sure some people would. I alerted the very nice girl at the front desk and she said she'd tell the proper person.
