Our room was somewhat clean. Sinks and shower was clean. The carpet in the room was not clean. When we walked on it with brand new socks, the bottoms turned brown. There was also, what looked like oil stains on the carpet. The other issue we had was, we had to got to the desk for clean towels and toilet paper. The room was never cleaned while we were there. Very disappointed. Price was good as well as the location but I don't know if I would stay there again.

Carla, who was at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and very helpful. The other woman who was at the front desk when I checked out was also very friendly and helpful, but I can’t recall her name.

The breakfast was awful. But in the absence of any breakfast it wasn’t bad.

For the price facility was as expected. Smelled like room had water issues. Evidence of flooding. Cleanliness was as expected for price. Front desk was very pleasant we stay frequently and never had an issue but this time stayed on first floor and goodness it was ripe with smell. It was just a place to sleep. Water issues. Smell of room was horrendous

Everything 2nd floor smelled horrible and it's June and you have to come in and turn air on it should've been on!!

The room was clean and the A/C was cold. We were a little surprised that the room had vinyl flooring instead of carpet but that wasn't an inconvenience. We had breakfast one morning and chose to eat elsewhere the next couple of mornings. They had the typical offerings but the tastes and textures were not what they should have been. We spent one evening in the pool and were pleased that everyone was respecting the area as the shared space it is. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The room had a weird smell, the bathroom sink didn’t open up to drain. The keys didn’t work on the door so i had to have my room changed and then when i was trying to load the car and eat breakfast i got locked out and they had to let me back in my room. They said it wasn’t the first time that it happened that day or the day before. There is not enough handicap parking. There is only 2 by the front door. The staff was great but the facility needs remodeled or something. Smelled weird and definitely needed updated or something.

Great location and fantastic hotel staff. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The whole hotel was very clean. Simple breakfast but nice as they offered hot food along with simple easy to go items. We enjoyed our stay.
-
The outside property was very clean. Room was 4/5 w/something’s being dusty and headboard not wiped from handprints. The breakfast area was very clean. The people working everywhere were super nice. Only complaint I would have , is the coffee , even bold was not at all. Other than that I would definitely stay again !

As soon as we opened the door to the room a musty smell overpowered us. It made it very hard to enjoy any of the stay.

Almost zero water pressure in the shower. The bathroom was so small. The tub floor was extremely slippery.

The location was great and it was nice and clean.

Easy to park, convenient breakfast, the one staff member I witnessed during my stay was very helpful, but I believe she was there running the front desk in the evening, was also running it still in the morning and working on serving all of the breakfast items. Yet, she was still pleasant and helpful. Kudos to her. The hotel was close to the airport, looked nice outside, had an easy parking lot to navigate luggage (nice and flat), and was very reasonably priced compared to others. The only thing I didn't care for was how loud the climate control was. Maybe it just needed maintenance, but it was loud enough to make sleeping a little difficult.

Staff were very friendly and the whole experience was great. Room was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable.

The price was very reasonable with a nice clean room and a very comfortable bed. The staff could not have been nicer! The breakfast bar was a little disappointing, but we would stay there again!
