Great stay, clean and well appointed

Breakfast was not great

The breakfast was good. The staff were amazing. The bed was hard and misshapen. The down pillows had a foul odor.

Nothing! I'm being charged for a room i didn't stay in and no one is trying to fix the issue.

The staff was friendly and professional. My room was not clean upon arrival. Trash was still in the bins and it had an odd smell. Once I brought it to the attention of the staff, it was immediately rectified, bedding was changed and the odor was gone. Staff explained a recent employee shortage is leaving rooms unchecked but bc it was handled with a sense of urgency, I commend them.

Staff was very friendly The hard bed and the horrible typical hotel pillows that go flat with announce of weight. The fact I was charged for a. Ight that was booked but I checked out before the checkout time on the day before. All other hotels instant do not charge for nights we do not stay.

My son and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend while attending a family reunion locally. The facilities seemed fairly new. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and engaging. I would definitely recommend to others. Although not the hotel's fault, the floor above us had dozens of middle school cheerleaders running up and down the hall causing higher noise levels at night as we were trying to sleep. The breakfast bar was packed each morning, so we opted to grab a banana on the way out. The sitting area is small for the amount of people in the hotel.
