Nice Hotel/Very convenient to the airport

I was first given Room 416. After I hauled my bags up, unpacked, and set up my laptop, I went into the bathroom. The floor was sticky. There were dried spots and wet puddles around the toilet and toward the tub. The liquid was yellow-tinted and smelled like urine. There was also urine on the toilet seat and hair on the seat. I called the front desk and was moved to Room 527. I had to pack everything, carry it to another floor, unpack again, and return the first key. The clerk apologized, but the damage was already done. The property feels extremely outdated. Public areas and the rooms do not match what I paid extra for. Cleanliness was not up to Hilton or Expedia standards. Paying more for a “better” room with a view should mean a clean, inspected room and the view that was advertised. Neither was true. Front desk did re-key me to another room, which I appreciate. That does not excuse putting a guest in an unsanitary bathroom or selling an upgrade that was not delivered. I would not book this hotel again at a premium rate.

Friendly people, within walking distance of/covered walkway to airport which made our early morning flight less stressful. Comfortable and clean rooms. Onsite restaurant. We liked everything about this property.

A short covered walkway from the airport. Kind, professional people waiting and available for after hours check-ins. Very comfortable beds and rooms with a restaurant onsite with great breakfast selections. We loved everything about this hotel!

The staff was amazing

From-to Knoxville. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Staff was pleasant and professional. Restaurant option was a plus. The lounge is cozy and relaxing. Definitely an oasis in the Travel Desert ,’

Sliding bathroom door kept sliding open and wouldn’t stay closed. Needed some work.

The hotel was very convenient to the Knoxville Airport terminal. Just a few minute walk.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff and location is super convenient if wanting to stay near airport.

Someone in my party is paralyzed and in a wheelchair and we were unable to get to the bar because every entrance to the bar had multiple stairs. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was mediocre at best neither one of us ate it. I would have been better off leaving and grabbing McDonalds because it would have been cheaper and tasted better.

Great stay. Very convenient to airport. Digital keys were great.
