Very clean, updated, very safe. Staff was great, highly recommend for families.

It was new and comfortable. Bathroom floor corners were not clean and handprints of others on surfaces. Also, guy who checked us in was not very friendly, not that he was mean, but not a people person and seemed to take multiple smoke breaks out front as we left for event and when we got back. He deserves his breaks but not very professional smoking at the front doors in my opinion.

Staff was super helpful. Anabel went above and beyond especially. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The airport shuttle was always pretty quick as well.

Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities.

I paid for the room in full in February. When checking in they charged my Visa card for the room saying they did not have the payment on file! I am trying to get my refund but has been 6 days and has not happened!!!

Very clean and conveniently close to the airport. Not a while lot nearby right now, but area is building. So if you want food you'll need to travel. But nice property.
