Only issue, the slide door to the bathroom was difficult to close, not much of an inconvenience for a one night stay, however was unpleasant

Lovely facility located in the heart of Old town. Close to many activities. The hotel was immaculate and staff friendly and very helpful in problem solving. Our room was spacious and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect about a mile from King Street very nice ambiance

Stayed 2 nights…the room was a little run down, the carpet felt damp and there was a smell of paint. Upon checking in the room the door lock mechanism broke and our stuff was locked in the room…although the staff was pleasant and seemed to care to remedy the situation it was an inconvenience after travelling for the day. Was moved to another room and eventually retrieved our belongings however the room was not as nice as the first one it seemed. The outside of the property needs work, the foyer is decent and the neighbourhood seems safe. The bathroom is ok; although the cooling system in the room was kind of weak, asked for a fan, the front desk was happy to accommodate, however the fan never showed.

The room was fine and close to the airport.

Smaller suite than I am used to but, very clean, comfy bed, nice restaurant. I got a voucher for the restaurant so, my meal was practically free. 😋 Gree shuttle to the airport. All in all, a lovely stay.

The room is very clean. Staffs are grateful. Hotel is closed Airport.

I stayed one night while in town on business. Easy check in and check out. They gave me a $25 voucher for breakfast the next morning. Great extra touch.
-
Centrally located to several dining options, but having a sitting area and sleeping area was the big win!
-
A great place to stay and enjoy peaceful nights. The beautifully lit streets are quiet and perfect for an evening walk. The property itself is charming, with an old heritage feel that adds to its character. I also loved the in-house Starbucks and the small café, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Only issue we had was not getting reserved two bedroom the first night. First associate reminded check in was at 4:00 so room was not ready. Upon checkin, informed room would not be available until next day. We were given complimentary breakfast & balcony room first night as an apology which was nice. Fitness room was very big. Outdoor garden was nice area. Would have been nice if cafe was open between breakfast and dinner to get a drink or meal. Over all was a nice hotel, good location, and nice staff.

One of the back burners was leaking gas and had to be shut off. Hope that’s fixed prior to next client. Upstairs shower was not working when we arrived. Fixed in two days. Downstairs /basement bed uncomfortable. There are two large paintings of nudes/ we had to hang sheets over them to protect our young children. Also, just know the closest business street has some “sketchy” areas- Advise caution.

Overall this property is well maintained and beautiful. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is we couldn’t keep our room at a comfortable temperature. Thermostat was set at 64 but room was reading 72.

Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. It was nice having two separate spaces.

The room was clean and comfortable. The tub was clogged and it took 2 conversations to fix it, but it was fixed and apologies were made. The hotel was a little dated so you will not get luxury here, but it was good for what we needed. I loved the suite style for my family of 4, with 2 teens!
