The room was ok, had a not so pleasant small when you walk in. I would rate the breakfast a 9 and half only because there wasn't a larger selection on creamer for the coffee. The staff was friendly .Parking👌

Be very careful in this room. The floors stay extremely wet from condensation if the thermostat is not set below 70. On the 2nd morning when I requested clean towels, there were no washcloths. We were given extra hand towels to use as wash clothes. Noise level after 10 pm was unacceptable. 2 bus loads of young school aged people arrived on each night of our stay after 10pm. They gathered on the breezeway outside our window. They were extremely loud. This lasted until after midnight.

The staff were friendly. The indoor pool caused excessive humidity inside. It smelled like mold in our room. The atrium was unsecure and could be entered without a key card. The facilities and amenities were extremely dated and neglected. The layout of the hotel was confusing and strange. The hotel clearly was once a nice location and had hints of grandeur but has fallen into disrepair and is very outdated. The bed was also incredibly uncomfortable.

Second, my wife had to borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean the sleeper sofa and then change the bedding on the sleeper sofa. Third, the swimming pool was dirty with something.

Clean room, good breakfast options and family friendly.

My aunt is handicapped and I called the front desk asked if they had a shower chair they had someone immediately bring one up the beds were extremely comfortable had a well stocked breakfast this is the only place I ever stay when I come to Louisiana

Love staying here when I'm in town, the staff is always friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I've dealt with Killie (Kelly) I can't remember how to spell her but she's been nice and friendly every time I visit. Thank you staff for all you do.

Quiet, clean enough and slept well.

Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible! The man that was putting the food out was cleaning with gloves then fixing food with the same gloves. Parking is sketchy as well.

This hotel is one we stay at often but I think we will be choosing a different one from here on. Ever since they started remodeling it the hotel has gotten worse Whoever is in charge of the remodel needs to be fired. The charging ports don’t work. The toilet paper holder is put in so crooked that the toilet paper roll just falls off when you want to use it. The mat in the bathtub was halfway glued down and ripped, and the faucet knobs came off the wall when you’d go to turn the water on and off and the swimming pool was so cloudy. You couldn’t even see the steps.

Pool was closed. Our room toilet water was off when we arrived. One of the TVs volume didn’t work. Shower had all empty shampoos body wash and conditioner. Roof leaking where you get breakfast.

Buffet-style breakfast is A+!!

Awesome place, great staff huge breakfast!

The pool was closed for repair, which was a huge reason we chose this place. There was empty creamer and sugar packets in our window-behind the curtains. The sofa bed mattress cover appeared to have blood stains-no linens in the room-we quickly folded it back up and decided not to use it. The coffee maker didn’t match the coffee packets provided so it was of no use. Other than that things were okay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good!
