Tv never did work I had use my table to watch movies

Bad room. Bad staff. Bad service

When the hotel has numerous children running the pool being loud at all times of the night is unacceptable. I had several times over the course of our stay that the pool was not monitored. On our first night the pool was SUPPOSED to be closed at 9:00pm. I had to call the front office at 10:15pm due to the extreme noise (with parents sitting right there allowing their children to be loud at that time of night) to ask someone to enforced their rules and close the pool.I had to also call the front office on Saturday night when the pool wasn’t closed on time. Again an hour in a half after the posted time. We was at your hotel in Dec of 2025 and Their was security and the parents was not allowed to stay in the pool after the posted closing time. I’m considering not coming there again. We was in Rm 156. We never saw any security on the weekends. DO BETTER Best Western. We deserve a refund!!!!

My room was filthy. The floors were not cleaned at all. It was old dirty towels from a previous stay in our bathroom. There were no rooms to switch to. I did not realize all of the single and double rooms had exterior doors to outside and not opening into a hallway. The breakfast was good. Check in took a long time to get room keys. Parking was fine but the room was terrible.

The room was ok, had a not so pleasant small when you walk in. I would rate the breakfast a 9 and half only because there wasn't a larger selection on creamer for the coffee. The staff was friendly .Parking👌

So please change for the best. We love the set up and the convenience of staying here.

My aunt is handicapped and I called the front desk asked if they had a shower chair they had someone immediately bring one up the beds were extremely comfortable had a well stocked breakfast this is the only place I ever stay when I come to Louisiana

Love staying here when I'm in town, the staff is always friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I've dealt with Killie (Kelly) I can't remember how to spell her but she's been nice and friendly every time I visit. Thank you staff for all you do.
