Four Points by Sheraton Alexandria

I almost don’t want to rate this well simply so it’s never booked when we want to come to town but I’ll be honest instead. This was the best experience we’ve had in Alex/Pineville in a long time. We’ll never stay at a different hotel. Staff was 10/10 and even upgraded us to a suite when they ran out of the room we booked. Can’t wait to come back.

I booked the room, then once I got down to the motel they told me it was overbooked and that I didn't have a room, so now I have to figure out how to get my money back since I booked it tbe same afternoon I was gonna stay in it.

When this reservation was booked it was for 2 rooms with 2queen beds and 1 room with a king-size bed. We go 3 rooms with king-size beds and that made the arrangements for us very awkward. Because we had to 16 year old boys who had to shar a king-size bed. We had a mother and daughter and another 15 year old girl, who had to share a king-size bed, This was not acceptable. However, we had no choice but to take them because this hotel and all others around were full.

Room was very clean. Excellent mattress. For price it would have been nice to have provided a continental breakfast instead of pay as you order (most breakfast items were over $10).

They advertise free rides to airport. I was told that the driver starts working at 8am. My flight was leaving at 6am. I had to take an UBER $30.00. I had no cold water in the shower, so I talked to the front desk he sent someone to see it. YES that was all he did ! See it. Not worth the money that I paid for. SHERATON franchise.👎👎👎

Everyone was super friendly! Gantry, at the front desk, was super courteous and got us all checked in. Arthur, at the bar, even took the time to come out and bring our kids ice cream to the pool. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back in January! Thank you again!

The room was extremely clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.
