It was great

The stay was great. The property was clean, the staff were amazing and I felt safe while there.

I stayed at this Red Roof Inn recently and had a terrible experience. During my stay, I noticed roaches coming out from behind the TV in the room. It was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price point.

Staff no where to be seen when went to check in. Then acted like I was the problem after waiting for 20 minutes on them. No breakfast either as advertised. Ac in the room was ok at best. Not great. Other than that. Room was clean and tidy. That's the only good part the entire experience.

Roaches and cigarette burns in the first room we were assigned. Then we got put in another room that was supposed to be”better” but as soon as we opened the door roaches were crawling all over the beds and walls. I am not kidding. I took a video and showed the staff in the lobby. The staff acted bumfuzzled because I wanted my money back. Spent an hour arguing about getting a refund after I told them there was no way my family was staying there.

CLEAN ROOMS

The rooms are clean and good for the price. If there are any issues the office managers and associates are very attentive to the needs

It was a good nights sleep

No one said there was a breakfast. No other amenities. Staff was not well informed about reservations or local area. Manager was very helpful.

Close to work Roaches smell of weed and cigarettes on non smoking rooms

I really liked the room.. everything was new and squeaky clean. The beds were amazing, and there were thick blankets on the bed, which was nice because my son likes the room to be cold and frequently I freeze under the thin hotel blankets. The hotel is pet friendly and doesn't charge for one pet. There wasn't a chair in the room, even though there is a table. And our room was upstairs with no elevator. It required going through two locked doors which required the room key.. and two flights of stairs. It was difficult with luggage. The bottom floor however appears very desirable as the doors are on the outside. No security doors to navigate and you would be able to park your car right outside your door. It seemed excessive to have two security doors.

It's not worth the money they are charging a night.

There was roaches and other bugs in the room, the sheets and counters had red mystery stains as well.

It had two roaches in my room and the front door barely can close

Smoking rooms The beds are uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the bed.
