I called the front desk and they said that the room needs a new cable box. There was a door to the adjoining room, it was duct taped shut all the way around the door. There had been a dog previously locked in the bathroom. The door and the wall next to the door was all scratched up from claws. When I started the shower, the whole bathroom stunk like a wet dog. When I went to sleep that evening, the air conditioner was loud and clanky, and kept me up most of the night. I had a reservation for two nights, but I had to leave after the first night because I could not stay in this hotel another night. Awful stay.

New owners,took over a crack house,& completely transformed it into a nice safe comfortable place to stay,at a bargain price, Great Job!, I've stayed at fancy Casinos,that don't look at the details,This place does,5 stars

Loved one died same day of reservation, asked for a refund. Never received it, or any resolution, after I was assured that Expedia thought they could get me a refund from the hotel, because it was special circumstances. Dissapointing.
