Pool could use some maintenance

The property was clean and well maintained.

no housekeeping service for three days.

Good shower head and adequate water pressure, better than we've dealt with lately in the same areas. Breakfast was better, although the hotels need to put a dress code for in place for the guests. Not everyone wants to see your night gown.

The room is large and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Such a wide variety of choices.

Checked in after working 14 hours- I was tired. Checked in- elevator not working- manager trying to work on it. Room was in top floor so had to use stairs. Got to room- ac not working. Front desk person came up to look at it. She decided to move me. Another trip down stairs. Manager said she wanted to go look at ac- wasting my time- I just wanted to get to room but she held that up. Finally got room changed- another trip up stairs. I am not happy with my stay there because of the inconsiderate manager and no elevator I wished I had stayed elsewhere

Everything was great, especially the Breakfast. Only one little issue. I asked for a late checkout early that morning of 5/14--which l was told 1pm. The agent cfmd it. We retd at 10:55am and we were locked out, so l had to return to the front desk to wait for the agent to confirm, but we actually didnt need the late ckout. Because we were in a hurry their was a computer issue, so she rqstd the maid service to open the door. Guess someone didn't follow thru. Otherwise our stay was great!

Location and a very good staff. Tv's were terrible. Lots of noise. From my room you could hear people walking above, doors closing, people talking.
