Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alexandria by IHG

The room was very clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Not right on the main Highway so not noisy at all. Staff kind and helpful. We would have liked a coffee pot in our room but was able to get coffee downstairs very easily and it was good. I feel that upon entering the decor is a bit stark an industrial but everything else outweighs that opinion.

I would stay again most definitely. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and polite staff.

The breakfast was not up to the standards of Holiday Inn. The cinnamon rolls were doughy in the center.

Floor in bathroom and hallway of room was dirty. Front desk staff notified

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Pool was relatively clean. They have volume control on the TVs and even at the loudest volume you can’t hear the TV. they ran out of breakfast items and did not replace them.

I would book here again.

Everything was great. The only problem was we could hear everything in the room above us, any walking and other movements made by guests in room above ours. I needed a downstairs room because I'm handicapped. Said above

Room was great Only had green tea for breakfast. Lots of people don’t like green tea. Have some English breakfast tea.
