Allenwood Motel

This motel was filthy with bugs . The wifi did not work, it was so bad that we left and stayed down the road. We asked for a refund but they refused!

I knew what I was booking. It was graduation weekend and all hotel prices were inflated. I understand this too... Ratings to reflect the fact that I could not even turn on the shower. The knob turned, no water came out. It was dirty for old stuff but I didnt see dirt from other guests. Sheets and bed seemed cleaned...

The property itself is set around gorgeous woods and trees however still close enough for city attractions. Its always peaceful and plenty of options for room preference. The manager is always happy and gleeful, however seemed a little upset this time. So I hope he has better days. He is never rude and usually talkative when we visit, he was a little more silent this time.

When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

didnt give me the room I booked holes and no dead bolt on door heater hardly works. heater full of dirt dust probably mold. its cold, miserable and not worth 77 dollars

The owner, very nice man with a family operated business.

The guest in the next room continued to pound on the wall making it impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Everything is fine but the heat. Took 24 hours to get warm.

Cost Needs updating

You get two flat pillows in the room and everything is filthy and outdated

Peaceful quiet

Location Parking lot had no lights, showerhead barely any water coming out of it, and what water did come out ended up on the floor and not in the tub. Mold along the bathroom floor and ceiling. And for having a smoking room, there wasnt any ash trays.

The price was beyond expensive for the shitty room that I was in. The bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned.. the toilet looked dirty. The room smelled. The carpet looked like it was never cleaned or vacuumed. Not much cleanliness. I got an attitude from the manager for asking for more towels. This by far is the worst hotel I’ve been to and I would NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. Should’ve paid 100 bucks for my stay that’s all it was worth!

It's a peaceful and quiet location and in a very secluded spot. I stayed here once before and was pleased by the clean rooms. But this time I was disappointed. When I pulled my blanket down there was hair on the pillowcase. And my sheets and blanket were so worn, and thread bare there were rips in them. I was ok without dated but it was shabby and that was depressing.

Nothing special about this place. For seasoned cheap motelers only. Basic cleanliness, AC was very good. WiFi was sketchy. It's at the dead end of a street with businesses. In the middle of the night, there were no outside lights and the parking lot was completely dark.

Spacious room with cold air conditioning for a reasonable price. Close to Allentown and Dorney park. Clogged shower head, minimal and cheap toiletries, outdated fixtures. STIFF OLD BACK BREAKING BEDS

Conveniently located motel, close to Dorney Park, and a very friendly owner. Will be booking my future stays here whenever possible.
