Cons: limited amenities. Only had one key card. Does not supply pots/pans essentials for cooking or eating. Overall: my stay was very pleasant. If you are looking for all the frills this is not the place for you. If you are uncomfortable with extended stay guest this is not the place for you. But if you are laid back just looking for a clean place to rest your head and want to be in a central location then this is just right.

As if the nauseating smells of all types of food being cooked in other rooms and dogs barking non stop wasn’t enough, be prepared to share your room with cockroaches and other small black beetle type bugs. After initially seeing a brown bug in the bathroom that I believed to be a roach, it was later confirmed and also had them crawling up walls next to bed. After grabbing my stuff and heading to desk to let them know I was leaving because of this, all they offered was moving me to another room. Nope. If there’s roaches in one room, there’s roaches all over. I should have immediately been refunded. I left a terrible review with the hotel as well but they couldn’t be bothered to send more than a generic “we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” email. I will never stay at this location again.

They had an elevator and the staff were nice. The furniture was extremely basic, uncomfortable, and sterile. The front door was a regular door with no automatic opening so it was awkward getting my luggage in and out. You clearly hear all your neighbors and those above you. It also did not bring on a feeling of safety to have the staff behind thick plexiglass with slits only wide enough to fit a pen and paper through. I'm glad it was only for one night. Kitchenette was also useless unless you bring your own kitchen with you... not sure who travels with pots and pans. I ended up eating a muffin for dinner because I couldn't cook what I bought at the store.

The place was well kept. They have a full refrigerator and stove. Just need a pot or pan if you're going to cook something. Make sure to bring plastic cups or plates as well. Other than that, I would stay there again. 💯

The man at the front desk was so sweet and so kind. He made mine and my friends days:) It was so clean and im so glad I booked here! There was no hand soap in the bathroom but that wasn’t too big of a deal.

The room was clean but it lacked a few things. It’s a basic room. I reserved a queen room online 2 weeks before our stay, but when I tried to check in they told me the hotel was sold out and said I would have to settle for two doubles. I checked the online reservations and found several rooms still available, including a queen room, but the woman behind the glass didn’t want to hear it. I stood at the glass check-in window for 10 min, rang the service bell 3 times and tapped on the glass a few times before she got off her chair just off to the right of the window but out of sight. Apparently if you book through hotels.com or Expedia you are put on the back burner and only those who book directly with the hotel’s online website get what they actually reserve. I was tired and dis-satisfied with her attitude and response. She was rude and tried to deny me my room, which they had already charged me one night for even though the website said pay nothing till you arrive. I held it with a credit card so I would be guaranteed a room. She handed me a room key. She explained the $10/night for my dog, which is fine. I knew there was a fee, but then I was told there would be an additional $50/nt cleaning fee, which was NOT explained on the website. I decided to leave the dog with family instead. She proceeded to tell me if I tried to sneak the dog in I would be kicked out of the hotel. I told her that would be stupid since there are cameras. She just wasn’t nice. Never again!
