Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient location

I recently stayed at the Marriott and really enjoyed my visit. The satay was delicious, and my first‑floor room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The only downside was the shower design — without a door, water tended to get on the floor. Other than that, the room was well supplied, and I would definitely return.

This is a newer hotel so everything is clean and spotless. It was quiet and pretty empty there. The room was a suite. It had a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. It was very nice. I would definitely go back.

Elevator didn't work for the entire stay. Only one elevator in large building. You can easily hear footsteps from above unit right on top of you while laying in bed. Poor construction. Kitchen has good amenities, comfortable bed, easy parking.

If you could sleep this place would be excellent

When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. After begging with her how not happy we were with our accommodations. She did not seem interested at all in our frustration and had no desire to help us. Customer service for her seemed foreign. Early the next morning when the manager arrived he was awesome. He immediately got us in a bottom floor room close to the doggy park exit. We were there for 3 nights and the elevator was never fixed in the 4/days we were there. Besides the girl who checked us in whom customer service/satisfaction was not her priority, everyone else was very nice and the place was clean.

The staff! The staff at the front desk were exceptional. I was in the area to be with a sick relative at a nearby hospital, and they went out of their way to be helpful. They were warm and kind, too, which is always appreciated. Nothing. It really did exceed my expectations.

The positives first: the room was very spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had that fresh, new-hotel feel. It was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. The indoor pool area was also very nice. While the outdoor space was pleasant, the view was limited to the parking lot and highway. Unfortunately, there were several annoyances during my stay. When booking, I specifically requested a quiet room on a high floor, but I was assigned a room on the second floor. The hallway was noisy, and the sound of doors slamming carried into the room. Another issue was music played throughout the lobby at check in. It wasn’t excessively loud, but this club-style music was playing when I checked in and was still playing at 6:30 a.m. during breakfast. It felt out of place for the atmosphere and time of day. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told it was part of the brand’s standard programming and that only a manager could change it. The room itself was in good condition, but the shower had a maintenance issue. Even after switching the diverter from tub to shower, water continued pouring from the tub faucet, reducing shower pressure. Breakfast was disappointing for a Marriott property. The selection felt comparable to what I would expect from a budget hotel brand rather than a Marriott. There were few options for health-conscious guests, and I would have appreciated at least a gluten-free bread.
