Good value and clean hotel

The area is very noisy because it is built next to a highway. Could not sleep. There needs to be some type of sound barrier or better windows on that side of the hotel. The cleaning staff was very noisy in the morning hours in the hallway with no apology. Hotel also being remodeled in areas where rooms occupied. Matress would not stay on bed frame.

Exceptional

Your front desk staff was funny,kind and welcoming. You had a female kitchen/continental breakfast staff member that sighed alot and juat wanted to get out of there. She would be the only complaint we had. We let her know there was a full garbage and no eggs left. She was just super rude.

There was a hot breakfast with a variety of options. The dining room felt a little crowded with some tables harder to access. I liked how coffee and tea were available throughout the day in the hallway outside of the dining room. It is located along a busy stretch of road, while a convenient location meant there was some street noise from speeding cars and motor cycles.

Beds were comfortable and it was ok for 1 night..but hotel is on the older side, although there was a sign that some renovations were planned..Room is tight had to move a table and a chair in order to open sofa bed..breakfast area was ala pretty tight

Staff was Lovely from check in at 10:30 pm to check out at 11 am! Rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Lobby was clean. They are all around lovely! Will be returning! We got two rooms group of 8

Location was fine. Food was well prepared and laid out attractively. Eggs and sausage were hot, thngs were easy to find. Room and tables appeared to be very clean. It was nice not having the TV blaring away and reporters smiling and laughung about a murder that took place the day before. Room service was not checking the frdige in our room as they cleaned up the space for the next guest. I found two oen bottles and a piece of cake at least a week old when I opened the fridge door. I reported this when checking out, and the person at the front desk was most apologetic. Does anyone check the rooms after they have been cleaned? IIf not, you might consider it or expect room service staff to work off a check list of things to be done in each room and then then they or a supervisor sign off on it.

The staff were all very nice. It looks like they are renovating but for the most part the hotel was very clean. Very family friendly . Breakfast was okay nothing gourmet but enough for my kids and me. Over all the hotel was nice.
