2 different rooms smell like smoke and lockeds were broken

I booked three rooms at this hotel. One room, the bathroom light doesn’t work and the toilet doesn’t flush. Second room, the AC doesn’t work. Third room was not clean at all. I won’t recommend anyone to go there.

Was a last minute decision, to get a room due to power outage. The staff configured me in a timely matter. Parking was great, rite outside the room. Air conditioner worked fast to cool off the room. Then breakfast in the morning, is ok make your own pancakes and pastries. Asked for a printed receipt when leaving, but was unable to give me. Has me wander why. Am waiting on deposit back, which should give no reason why I shouldn't receive it.

Price. But you get what you pay for. Service at front desk was fine. Floors were dirty. Very outdated. Noisy. The bed was atrocious.

Good place for a reasonable price but very worn. Convenient location.

Very disappointing experience. We had to change rooms five times. Four out of the five rooms were dirty and had cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness. That said, I would like to acknowledge the front desk receptionist, who was very understanding, patient, and did everything she could to help us by moving us to differents rooms. I do not recommend staying here.

The picture was better than in person

Tub seemed dirty and felt dirty. Bathroom light & fan was very loud when turned on. Outlets near bathroom sink were in need of repair and were too loose to work right. Found dead bugs in bathroom and also one that crawled into my cosmetic bag by the TV stand area. Air conditioner was pretty loud and was not working great at keeping the room cooled down. Walls are paper thin and could hear all our neighbors conversations and kids. Vibrating sounds all night long, not sure if it was an animal in a crate trying to get out or what near us, but it was literally all night long. Slept very poorly due to all the noise. When I asked if the hotel could store our luggage, front desk receptionist said they had no place to store luggage, and that I would have to check in early and pay $30 extra. Hotel charges you a $100 extra security deposit on your credit card when you check in even if you are not bringing animals. Only good thing about the place was it had a decent continental breakfast in the morning. But I will not be staying there again when in the area.

Only the price Everything else, especially the bed was the worse

The bathroom is very dirty, and there was some weird noise lasted the whole night; no TV signal, and no blanket on the bed.

The location Ants in the room: towels very old and stained: phones don’t work: old pipes so loud noise making sleep impossible: sink very old stained and looked dirty: no blankets on the bed or front desk. Staff non professional. Manager off property. No help with complain. The answer is it is a very old hotel so there is nothing we can do
