bathroom was dirty.

The staff first said they could get us the original room but after conversing with one another, they suddenly changed their mind and stated that there was no other room available and there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing

It’s a child’s dream to stay here. My 7 year old son made friends at the pool slide and lived his best life. That was the highlight of our trip for him while visiting family. They have a basic breakfast with waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, bananas, some cereal and muffins. The property is very clean and has ample parking in the lot. The only thing is the traffic can be loud, but my child slept solid because of all the exercise he had in the pool and slide. I suggest bringing a white noise or downloading one on your phone.

it was perfect, the room was spotless, the staff were so kind, the breakfast was so good, i saw them bring out more eggs and bacon when i got there, and the parking was amazing, i parked basically right next to the room. 10/10 would go again

This is my forth time staying here on business with absolutely no complaints and all my needs met. Great staff, clean dining area, fantastic room with great management! No pay to park!!!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stayed at Fairfield hotel….it truly was near everything…..A 15 minute drive away from Dorney Park, Walmart, restaurants and a mall….my husband and me went to the casino that was a 20 minute drive……I truly would stay at Fairfield hotel again……Thank you😊♥️ the breakfast was nice as well and Outlets are attach to the casino ♥️😊

Enjoyed our stay

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been able to say that. The housekeeping staff was excellent. My room was so clean and smelled so pleasant every time they came. The entire property was well maintained and super clean. Only thing I would actually say was breakfast could definitely be improved. Whoever cooks those eggs should get a lesson. Eggs should not be in blocks. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Personnel was great

Clean room, comfy mattress, fresh linens. Stayed with the grandkids. All of them enjoyed the variety of the complementary breakfast buffet. The pool was a huge hit. The slide was a bonus. Very accommodating staff! Looking forward to returning.

Loved our stay with our two kids and will definitely be back. Pool and water slide were a hit with our 4 & 6 year olds. Staff were very friendly at check in. Breakfast was above average in my opinion. Loved that coffee was put out early. Very clean with the exception of the pull out sofa mattress, it was pretty gross looking in room 321. Put double sheets on it for my boys to sleep. Besides that everything was a 5 star!

Everything was great until the last morning. Breakfast had little to no food. The staff were trying there were 2-3 buses with a lot of young people on who were taking up all the seats eating everything in sight or making a mess of the breakfast area. They were very rude. If I was that hotel I would not allow that company to book rooms there again.

This property was top notch, from clean to super friendly. Breakfast was amazing, just one thing is there should be more gluten free options for food allergy, But was amazing. location was great and nephews loved the slide and pool.
