Hyatt House Allentown / Lehigh Valley

I had drinks and ate at the hotel restaurant - drinks were fine but the food was overpriced and flat out terrible.

The checking in was fast, great staff. The room was extremely clean. Feels like home. The breakfast was amazing. My family and I love the place. Very clean surroundings as well.

Everything Nothing everything was perfect

Space in room. There were not enough towels. It took long for them to come after asking twice and requesting before hand. The amount of chlorine in the pool burnt my eye as we just sat poolside. Uncomfortable sleep due to the flat pillows and slanted bed.

I stayed here about three years ago and it was great then. Now it is better than it was!

The receptionist during check in and the bartender at the restaurant were very nice. The suite was clean and modern. My son and daughter in law loved it. We all slept very well and comfortable. The included breakfast was good and the food fresh. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: When we got into our room, the kitchen island and counters clearly hadn't been cleaned - there were crumbs everywhere. We asked the front desk if housekeeping could come wipe them down, as we had no cleaning supplies in the room. An hour later we gave up waiting and used paper towels, but were disappointed. Mistakes happen but the fact that no one tried to fix the mistake was disappointing, as housekeeping never showed up and the front desk never checked back in. When you are spending over $200 for one night, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a clean room.

Great place!

I honestly have no real complaints. All of the elevators worked, the staff was always checking to make sure my needs were being met and when I inquired about anything, my inquiries were either promptly addressed or I was directed to the appropriate person who wasn't currently on site.

Clean room and breakfast were impressive.
