Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta

Habitación limpia, aunque un olor muy suave a humedad, puede ser la alfombra o cortinas, hace falta un ambientador o olor a limpieza profunda agradable, camas cómodas aire funciona bien, el baño limpio, solo encontré de detalles una toalla de mano manchada y unas gotas de mancha en el cubre cama, vi que los baños no tienen extractor, mu estadía incluí desayuno, algo básico pero variado, áreas comunes limpias y bonitas. Buena opción para considerar! Precio razonable.

The room walls had splashes of stains but breakfast was great and the staff was EXCELLENT!

This hotel did not meet Hilton quality in my opinion. The staff was not overly helpful and the fridge in our room didn’t work. It wasn’t dirty but not exceptionally clean and fresh feeling either.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Smell old

Easy access, clean and safe.

This hotel property is in desperate need of maintenance and updates. Carpet is buckling throughout hallways. Upon entering our room, there was a horrible musty smell that did not dissipate the entire time so was not temporary. Staff was very friendly at the front desk, but not terribly interested in helping. I had booked a two night stay through Expedia and then when I wanted to extend, it was told by the front desk that I would have to go back through Expedia and book another 2 days.This made no sense to me that at the front desk they couldn’t put me on the books for another two days. When I booked the room, it gave me the option of paying an additional four dollars per person to include breakfast. The first morning we were offered a pathetic breakfast, but it was going to be nine dollars for Continental and $14 for a full hot breakfast so apparently I paid the extra monies for nothing. The food did not look inviting, the juices appeared to have been left out for days and one day, it rained really hard and there was water dripping out of one of the light fixtures right above where the waffles were made. People taking advantage of breakfast had to step over buckets and towels to get their breakfast. It was incredibly unsanitary and un appetizing. Overall, I think that Hilton would be appalled at the state of this property. Cannot recommend it and would never stay here again.

Huge spacious room! Very comfortable and clean bed. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was upper end of hotel breakfast and there were multiple choices. Overall I would recommend staying here!

Mostly outdated didn’t give that feel of home

Floors are ripped in hallway. Old paint needs to be remodel. In a good area for business pleasure. Staff can do a little better than friendly. Customer service is a high priority to make customers happy. No one can make every one happy. But try.

Disappointed that the breakfast was charged for and competitive hotels give the same breakfast for free. I have no plans to ever stay at a Hilton hotel ever again.

Always quiet and safe with very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

They COULD transfer me to a manager when asked but DID NOT. They COULD have a manager CALL me back when I left a voicemail BUT THEY DID NOT even though i told them it was URGENT. End result? My sweetheart had to SIT in the LOBBY for over a half hour UNABLE TO ENTER THE ROOM WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR, until I arrived. I will never stay here, or ANY HGI, again. (I even told them I would not unless they had a manager speak to me asap - they did not care enough to even get on the phone). Also, the pool was not clean enough & hall carpet torn up (but the breakfast was good & asian dude running it was terrific).

Customer service was top notch. The 1 woman when I checked out was not a pleasant experience. She tried to turn her attitude around, but it was too late‼️ The property needs a renovation. Cracks filled with puddy and hardwood in the bathroom was loose‼️

I especially want to recognize Keisha, Loraine, and Luise. They went above and beyond to accommodate our team, always greeted us with a smile, and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. They truly made a positive impression on all of us. The only minor issue we experienced was a slight damp, humid smell in one of the rooms. However, it was a small inconvenience compared to the exceptional service we received, and the staff handled everything with professionalism and care. Thank you for making our business trip such a great experience. We truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to staying with you again the next time we're in town!

Hotel is conveniently located in the technology corridor. The interior is quite dated. Walking down the hall to my room it was clear there was little to no air circulation, along with very dated carpet wrinkling up. The carpet should be replaced as it poses a trip hazard. Once I got into my room, it was clean although it had a bit of a musty smell and was quite warm, again with no air circulating. Once I turned on the air conditioner it didn't seem quite as muggy, but still not a fan of that old used room smell. I personally would not choose to stay in this hotel again unless there were no other options nearby.
