Comfort Inn Alton near I-255

It was off the highway enough that road noise was not bad. The room is a nice size and didn’t seem too cramped.

Horrible place

I look forward to staying at the Hotel again!

The staff was helpful. However the room and the Comfort Inn is in needs of remodeling. Smoking is allowed in the rooms and the residue cigarette smells continue to linger. I would not stay at that Comfort Inn again.

I like nothing about the hotel the room was stinky the coffee pot was in the bathroom the pool was out of order the room had flying bugs in it we had our family reunion this pass weekend the next morning we went to hotel next door.

There was a very nice night staff man who got us towels he was great.

The room was very nice, breakfast was the usual ample amount with enough variety to satisfy most people. However, we chose Comfort Inn to use the pool, and it was unavailable because of maintenance or repair. I was very disappointed.

The location was where we needed to be for our son's engagement party, and the breakfast was pretty good and well stocked. The staff was nice enough, not over the top, but fine. This place is gross. The carpet is crusty and sticky, the walls have been patched numerous times and unpainted. There was leftover chinese food dried up and crusted to our bathroom sink. The corners of the bathroom and the seals around the tub are all black and moldy. Stains on everything. I was afraid to take my shoes off or sit in the chair. Also this is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Doors slamming at 3 am, I got terrible sleep. The pool was closed, but considering the condition of everything else, I wouldn't want to swim in the cesspool anyway. I would NOT recommend.

The staff were pleasant with an easy check in process. The room, hallways and front were extremely clean. Our family will be back. Dr. Anderson

The mornings when they had other options for breakfast eggs, biscuits and gravy etc. Variance in prices.taken advantage when there might be something going on in the area.

Close to family I was visiting. The pool has been closed for over a year. I was looking forward to the pool.

The room was disgusting!!! Night staff couldn’t have cared less. We checked out early. I wouldn’t want my dogs to stay there!!

Nothing Everything. Pool was closed. Shower didn’t work. Ceiling and walls were dirty.

The breakfast did not have a good selection, and the hot food was cold. Room could have been updated

I stayed in what was a Suite didn't look like it. Dimmed lighting in room and bathroom. Dead bolt lock didn't work, toilet paper wasn't on the toilet paper holder. I remember years ago it was a really nice place to stay. Well not anymore it's a real shame 😕

The pool wasn’t open, the shower was leaking, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the breakfast was only eggs & waffles, stale cereal and the milk was in a pitcher no individual milk and no water, there was a container for bread, begals and donuts but it was empty I will not be staying there ever again
