Location to the event we had Reserved a King room and got a double queen. Was told making reservation thru Booking.com doesn’t guarantee room selection

Loved the noon checkout! The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and I was able to check out using my app.

Check in was easy and fast, room was very clean. The staff at front desk and the breakfast area were all friendly and helpful.

standpoint. We were staying in order to be in town for a visitation then next day funeral for my mother in law. I called to ask if we could possibly check in a couple hours early, so we could get ready. The person who answered very frankly told me they were fully booked (we saw rooms available on hotels.com) and couldn't possibly turn over a room early. I would have paid a fee, if she had offered, but I didn't even get a simple "sorry for your loss" or any interest at all in being helpful.

Booked this stay last minute while traveling on a cross country. One of the best stays we had. Comfortable and clean rooms. AC blowing to perfection and the morning breakfast spread was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Room was Clean. 24-hour coffee station was a nice plus. front desk clerk was awesome.

The location ans price. The room smelled, there were big stains on the floor. We were right by the stairway door and it kept clanging

We really needed handicapped bathroom but these were adapted from regular tub with lots of added bars to grab. Slick tub floor, Hard to reach shower head because I could not work the sliding mechanism it was mounted on. Water....extremely hot! There was an included shower chair in bathroom and lots of great towels.

The room was very, very quiet and was large.. It did not have a walk:roll in shower though.. The negative aspect was the food and drink at breakfast was totally inedible!! Really, really bad!
