Exceptionaly nice staff. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. We left a day early and didn't realize that when booking with you (booking .com) that there is no refund on early departures.

Pleasant staff and very nice room for our short stay. Convenient for seeing sites in St Louis too.

The front desk person, her name I believe was Destiny, was very pleasant and helpful. The carpeting was new and smelled as such. The room was clean and spacious. We had a suite. The beds are too high up to climb into. Even for a person just under six foot tall. The breakfast did have a variety to choose from. This hotel was so much better than our previous one two weeks ago. (A different hotel chain).

Room smelled moldy and not clean. Breakfast was okay, coffee is terrible. This is not a well maintained property and staff look miserable.

The refrigerator had leftover food in it from the previous guests.

The elevator noises were scary, but everything else was nice.

The breakfast was decent We did not get the room we reserved. We had 5 people and the hotel assumed we would be ok with 1 king bed, 1 pull out and 1 roll away. We reserved 2 double beds. The air did not work in our room and the front desk was not able to accommodate with us what so ever. We travel for a softball camp and my daughter slept awful. We almost went and slept in our car. Our room was 80 degrees all night.

Nice quiet hotel. Pool was down for maintenance. Overall great stay

Awful. They were redoing the hotel, and the construction workers made rude sexual comments to my daughter and I. We called and complained. The pool wasn't heated. The construction workers were scary.

Front dest Super Friendly Breakfast was just ok, Fruit looked Great! Sausage was good. The little omelets just ok. Would of like to see scrambled eggs, bagels n cream cheese.
