Nice quiet hotel. Pool was down for maintenance. Overall great stay

Awful. They were redoing the hotel, and the construction workers made rude sexual comments to my daughter and I. We called and complained. The pool wasn't heated. The construction workers were scary.

Breakfast was just ok, Fruit looked Great! Sausage was good. The little omelets just ok. Would of like to see scrambled eggs, bagels n cream cheese.

No pool and no Wi-Fi no coffee the 1st 15 minutes in the breakfast area no station covering the Cardinal Brewer game

The hotel was very clean and the staff was fast and friendly for check-in and check out. I loved the bathroom IN the same location as the pool. Made me feel comfortable and I even changed into swim wear and swam myself. The thing that really impressed me was the breakfast. Best breakfast served at a hotel that I've ever had. The eggs and potatoes had some flavor. The bacon was as expected. Usually I always avoid the food and just eat cereal. Not here...not this time. They did well. Proud of their efforts and service. Something all hotels should follow after... fyi: never felt unsafe at the hotel. Actually, nothing. Im pretty easy to please. But this hotel exceeds expectations on all levels.

Definitely one of the better hotels in Alton. The only issue I had was the parking lot did not have enough spaces and two of the 3 nights I was there, there was no place for me to park.

There was no hot water while using the vanity sink. Also, there was no clothes rod in the closet. Luckily, I was staying by myself and could lay my clothing out on the unused bed. When I told the desk clerk upon checkout, was told, they were in the middle of remodeling!

New carpet, new mattresses. Much cleaner than last time!

Overall great stay, there was remodeling going on so some areas were busy and not as clean but to be expected during construction. Close to stores and restaurants, easy parking, nice breakfast, would stay again

The Hotel is under renovation and it was a pain in the butt to maneuver around. The elevators have issues and not sure how safe they are… after the first couple times we reverted to the stairs. We were on the third floor. The pool was also close when we first got there for service. Not sure they should have put us on the third floor with the construction

Our visit was fine .

They changed my room reservations without any notice. I reserved 2 queen and they moved me to a king, hotel was full so I could not change it back, I booked certain room for a reason. Should not change.
