The room was nice, they had workers fixing and remodeling while we were there. That was nice to see. Only issue we had with the room was some light bulbs were just gone, the water pressure was terrible, and the walk in shower bar that keeps main glass secure wasn't attached to the wall. Our biggest issue was the pool being closed. We were never told prior to us getting there that the main reason for us to stay in a hotel was not going to be available the whole week. It is safe to say we were upset. The breakfast was nice though, good rounded selection.

Everything was great except that the soap dispensers in the showers were empty which for myself it was a big deal because I brought soap from home but it kinda hindered my guest who swam from being able to shower. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!
-
The hotel was great starting with the staff being accommodating and having a good attitude. The breakfast was good, just needed more fruit and possibly a salad option for those who do not eat meat. Lastly, the room was great! The bath tub needed the no slip markers to prevent accidents. Thank you for a great stay! Dr. Anderson

Very clean. In the middle of renovation. Looks like it will be lovely when it is completed.

I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. They did attempt to accommodate but it was too late at that point. Mary. Was the worst ever, 😫 Mickey if that's even his name was slightly above Mary in behavior. The maid I believe her name was Amanda was very sweet, accommodating and went above and beyond despite everything we tipped her for cleaning the room. Its very unfortunate this happened as you've truly lost a customer 😔. My 1st experience i stayed 3days and it was Great, but never again.

My son & I stayed here for 1 night. Upon checking in, we were notified that the cable tv was currently out but hopeful it’d be back soon. On the ride up to our room we spoke to a couple who stated the cable has been out for days so that set the mood for our disappointment right there. Open the door to our room and I can just say it’s well past its prime. We were afraid to take our shoes off and walk across the floor! No remote for the TV but since the cable was out, guess we didn’t need one. Decided to take a shower since we’d been traveling all day—no hot water, it was warm at best, and there was no shampoo. Morning couldn’t come fast enough for us. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, keep looking. Only positive thing is the AC worked great.

Was there for a baseball tournament and this hotel was 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly. I did not like that the hotel allows people to party or hang out in the pool until all hours of the night. My interior room was over the pool. I stayed for 4 nights and never got a full nights sleep. I also felt like it was not as clean as it should have been.

The location. It's near my family. It's not very clean. They say they are renovating but it seems like they are just covering things up.

It was nice and clean, staff was friendly That we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours and was told we had to get another room till next morning and I had oxygen in our room, they were very accommodating and worked very hard to get our room open once they found out I had to have my oxygen,

Parking was easy. It was messy but right now they are going through major renovation. Pool was open and warm so that was nice. And extremely convenient there’s a restaurant attached, they delivered our food to our room.
