This property was very clean and attention to detail apparent. Nice furnishings, great breakfasts delivered with friendly and attentive service. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Cannot think of anything that could have been improved upon. Highly recommend. Everything was top notch and thoughtful.

Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep.

We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!

This B&B is first class in every aspect. The owners are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is perfect both near outstanding restaurants and within walking distance to all the downtown shops. Our 3 night stay couldn’t have been better!

Beautiful property. Lisa and Ron are very welcoming hosts. They serve a delicious and healthy breakfast. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The property is within walking distance to great restaurants, the marina and entertainment. We couldn't ask for more.
