This is not a pet-free facility so if you do not like dogs running around, it's not for you.

This is our go-to stay in Fernandina Beach. It is consistently excellent. Clean, friendly staff, great amenities and fantastic location, all at a reasonable price.

Breakfast was ok for being included with the stay. (Wish they had bacon as an option, got a little crowded in the area to get food) room was clean, well stocked. The bathroom door was off the slide so that was a bit of a pain. Overall it was a nice place, close to everything we wanted to do. We would stay again!

SpringHill Suites was an excellent stay for my birthday. The breakfast buffet was delicious to start my day. This hotel is perfectly located for the beach which was only a five minute walk and plenty of restaurants that were also a short distance to drive. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a beach vacation.

Good breakfast. Loved the pool and enjoyed a pool side drink in the evening at the bar while the kids splashed away. 2 minutes to the beautiful beach. Couple of good dinner options in easy walking distance. Many more a short drive.

Easy check in, clean facilities, nice pool area.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked it to be.

There wax dog poop in 3 different piles on hall on second floor. I told 2 different cleaning staff and it stayed there for over 24 hours without them cleaning it. Very disgusting. I used to like this place but won’t be back.

Dogs was in the breakfast area, not so clean. The young lady that works there was nice. pets in the eating area, our room was not clean,

Location to beach

Hotel is showing signs of age: Pealing wallpaper, molded chalk seams in bathroom, and mattress worn to a lean.

When I booked my stay and for the amount of money it was a night I was supposed to have an ocean view. When we got our room which wasnt ready till after check in time there was no ocean view just trees. When we asked staff they said since I booked through a 3rd party site it didn't say ocean view. I know I would have not booked and paid so much for a room with a view of trees. Feel like it was a misrepresentation of what the room was actually going to be.
