Ok for families but not adults. Literally had kids swimming into our butts!! In the middle and through of our group in the pool. A cabana is $500 for 6 people . No special services come with it. Pool bistro is very expensive. They also didn’t tell us about parking charges daily. Walls are very thin. Heard kids running halls at 6 am and 2 am. Lots of elevators but extremely SLOW!!!!!

The staff were helpful enough. I do not like that the doors close loudly. The noise is not peaceful. The elevators are not quite fast enough. The coffee is not too tasty. But I would stay again, especially if the doors can be adjusted to not slam loudly, but close completely behind you.

Pool area was a disaster. Messy, gum stuck to the pavers, plants & landscaping lacking attention-poor maintenance, no pool towels and had to ask three separate times over 30 minutes for towels since they were completely gone. Staff lacked a sense of urgency! Checked in and handed the older gentleman my Bonvoy credit card and license. He returns them several minutes later and then wrapped up by saying he will need a credit card authorization and again asked for my credit card. Did NOT feel like a welcomed Bonvoy member. The property was nearly empty on a Tuesday to Wednesday night stay. We live locally but took our two grandchildren for a one night staycation, will go to the Omni next time and gladly pay a higher rate.

We stopped for one night on the way home from Marco Island. This hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff and great room. Close to good eating!

Awesome

Great place! We had originally planned to stay at the Sun & Sand hotel across the street but we checked in and it was gross! So we went over to the Courtyard Marriot and had such a great time we ended up staying an extra night!!

Everything was perfect !! Great price!!

The hotel is located at walking distance from restaurants and the beach. The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the shower water pressure. It was very low pressure. We came to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary and we enjoyed the stay.

Terrible experience. No housekeeping available for 5 night stay, unless if you beg, then you just get a few very old and worn out towels.

When I got to my room the toilet wasn't working. I tried to call down, but the button on the phone stating "front desk" did not work, so I had to go back downstairs and wait another 20 minutes to tell them. The lady was rude stating "it takes awhile for the AC and refridgerator to cool", I was asking about a toilet. The maintenance guy did come quickly and was very nice, explaining they were waiting on new parts, and how to flush it. A sign would have been great. The elevators were very slow. And, there was not free breakfast like I had been led to believe. They did give me a breakfast "voucher", but then I saw they actually charged me for it. They did not enforce pool rules. Kids were jumping in, doing backflips, people were smoking on balconies. Some of the staff was nice and helpful, but overall not a great experience. I have heard the other side was nicer. I will not be back.

The bed gave me a sore back.

The location is awesome. It’s in walking distance to the beach and restaurants NA
-
Well located . Slow to no service . Murky pool and the bedroom wall was crack and tv didn’t work .

Everything was nice, except...my husband read that free breakfast was included. When we got to check in, which took way longer than it should, he asked and was immediately dismissed by two customer service agents. It was rude and he later spoke with a manager that was great and gave us $50 for breakfast one day.

The property is very well located and has available all the amenities you will need. The biggest shortcoming is housekeeping, which is not existing, and we ended up having to ask several times for basics such as toilet paper for our room. Dinner is available, tasty, but only one person serving the bar and the restaurant for all the guests in high summer season. Room is spacious, and was clean on day one, then got housekeeping only once during a week stay

Our pull out couch was disgusting and we had to change rooms at 10pm. They didn’t even offer and upgrade to 2 queens or anything as an I’m sorry. Had to pack up the room then unpack again. Not the worst but very annoying. Check in took over half hour and the line wasn’t even crazy. Two people checking in took forever for each guest. Property itself and the pool were amazing tho. Waitstaff/bar staff was very pleasant.

Usual comfy Marriott beds/bedding. Ocean view is a stretch from any room.Easy walk to beach about a block away. Front desk staff were very unfriendly & unhelpful. Beach items to rent were 65$ (were loaner quality) same for bikes which were on site but off site rental co. Billing didn’t match Expedia bill?? Not too sure as staff weren’t able to share any helpful info LOL

This property has taken a terrible downturn in every aspect of service. It's also clear this is not American owned. Also evident the ownership cares zero about guest experience only about profits. One front desk for 2 properties, terrible
