The staff were very friendly, but I was charged for some ice cream bars that no one in my family got. I told the front desk about it when I was leaving and said it was going to be taken care of but when I looked on my bank statement, it was still the price with the charge for the bars. Don’t use your debit card here, make sure to use a credit card! Also why charge for parking?

Was not that good took 3 hours after 4 oclock check in
-
It was a wonderful stay!
-
Very nice hotel to stay at
-
The room was very clean unfortunately it rained so we couldn’t enjoy the pool

Couple of hiccups. Upon check-in, the credit card reader would not work. After trying multiple times, finally went to the adjacent terminal to put my credit card on-file for incidentals with success. This took about 15 minutes. After driving 4 hours you hope the check-in is seamless. When we arrived into our room, we noticed there were no facecloths. Called the front desk to request them and told we have to pick them up ourselves at the desk. Again, no big issue, but if room was set-up properly before arrival, this would not have been an issue. Final concern has to do with the tub. Very clean bathroom, which I appreciate. But the tub bottom is very slippery. Older guests need to be mindful in order to avoid falling.

Our room was not ready til 5 o’clock.

Great customer service. Clean. Great location.

The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful at check in. While checking in, we were not told our room number or that you need to use your key for the elevators to go to the floor for your room. We asked for a luggage trolly and were told they were kept all over the hotel so no one could help find one. I asked where people typically park if they do not pay the daily parking only to be told good luck finding somewhere else if you do not pay. We said hello to several of the employees as we noticed them only to be ignored. The fire alarm went off during our stay. We evacuated. We saw two employees outside and asked if this was real. They said they did know. We checked at the front desk and were told it was practice for the employees. It would have been nice to be made aware. We were concerned and walked all the way down the steps from the 4th floor.

We booked for a stay Wednesday-Saturday without knowing that the 30th prrothead Convention was being being held at the hotel. The pool was totally unusable as there were so many people in the pool partying it was kind of like a germ fest. Our room was nice as they put us in the rear of the hotel. We wouldn’t have stayed there if we knew the convention was going on.

Great! So close to beach.
-
I like how close to the beach . What I didn’t like was conjoined room or door. The next door neighbors were loud and you can hear clearly early in the morning.
-
Music pool side added enjoyment while using the pool. Our corner room on the 2nd floor had a great view of the ocean, per our room request during booking. Room, Linens and towels were clean. It was not far to walk to the beach.
-
The hotel was within walking distance to the ocean, which was great. The room was nice and appreciated the hotel gave us a corner unit with a balcony, that had ocean view! The room was big and comfy and had a sofa sitting area. The bath room was spacious and had a nice walking shower. I also liked that there were extra hooks in the bath room to hang extra towels. The only confusing part was the parking. The hotel is shared with another hotel so they share the pool, You need to wear a wristband if you want to swim in the pool. The parking was also located in a different area and had a small fee which wasn't easily visible when I booked so wasn't expecting that cost. These are not deal breakers. Its not close to the downtown historic district. It would require you to drive. I would recommend the hotel to others if they are visiting.

Clean, convenient, easy beach access
-
Nice pool and restaurant/bar. Plenty of parking with a fee! Should just include it in the hotel price.
-
When I reported it to the front desk, and went back upstairs, it miraculously started to work.
-
