Great beach location, easy parking, 1 mile from downtown shops & restaurants. Gorgeous beach, not crowded, can walk for miles. The room was clean & had living space with fridge/ Keurig. We had balcony with beach view. Only complaints- balcony door rattled when the a/c was running (let mgmt know), sheets/towel quality poor and thin. All about location, but for the price paid, I expected better linens. Two great beach places to eat next door. Downtown we loved España & Mezcal, highly recommend for couples.

We had a great stay here. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was great

As always such a good place to visit. Walking distance to beach and several restaurants!

From check in to check out everything was great. Great staff. Very friendly and kept everything nice and clean. Very good breakfast and comfortable beds. We will book another trip there next year.

Wonderful hotel and location

I loved the convenience afforded by the property. Right on the beach. Great beachside restaurant. Right on the main highway, so easy commuting. The room was clean. The staff was responsive. I just can't say enough good about this property and Amelia Island in general. I will be returning.

Right on the beach - great view from our balcony. The hotel has a food too accessible to guests - perfect for watching the sunset. Close to a few restaurants. Short drive to downtown and affordable.
-
No breakfast one day due to staff shortage Coffee machine is too slow to serve multiple guests $15/day parking not mentioned at check in Sofa bed uncomfortable

Carpet was very stained in the room. Chairs are not included in rental and are $65 a day. This hotel is not worth the money. Balcony is a joke and looks unsafe. Tried to charge for leaving beach towels in the room. No room serviced unless you stay three nights. One staff member was very rude each approach at the desk. The room does not look like the picture very small. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Needs great updating.

Nicole and the head house cleaner are amazing. They made us feel at home for our stay and took care of anything we needed. Great experience.

For the price this inn charges it is not worth it. They advertise free breakfast but it is terrible. The first morning we were there the dishes were not filled out, the coffee was empty. And when the did put food out it looked old. We were told one of the workers was late! The second morning was no better, we went out. Our last morning at 8am, breakfast starts at 7am, there was NO food and no coffee. Again we were told the people were late!! We went out again. Our room was nothing special, we had an oceanfront room. The door was extremely hard to open and close. Basically had to slam it. We reported one of our blinds being broken. They told us that people abuse them and break them so they don't replace them!!! They did it back down for us. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Once again we had a wonderful trip. A few hiccups in the beginning but the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The location was amazing, near two good restaurants. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the beach despite not asking for beach view. The room was called a suite, but was tiny, the fee for our dog was $100.00, parking is also $15.00. Which i found excessive. That should be on bookings.

I loved the fact that we are right on the beach, that was very important to me. Room was clean but small. Also staff do not enter rooms to clean each day but will drop off things you need such as towels etc. I liked being able to rent beach umbrella and chairs as well and price is high but worth it. would stay here again.

We didn't want to get in the pool because it is partially above-ground (you walk up a ramp to get to it), and the lounge chairs are outside the railed pool area. Although we had a partial ocean view, most of our view was a parking lot.

Will never say again. The breakfast was terrible. Not cooked to order like advertised. The so called beach view was not a beach view.
