Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites

The staff does not dress professionally, but don't let that fool you. They do a great job.

The king sized mattress was not very comfortable, but I slept, so it did the trick!

Exceptional

Staff was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful at the front desk. Cleaning people in the halls were very friendly though!

Good breakfast

The room has everything you need Sometimes the room’s card stopped working so they had to reprogram it

Clean and location. I didn’t see what I didn’t like.

Location very close to Iowa State campus.

Great

I was an ok hotel to stay in. I honestly didn't use the gym (which was smaller than i thought) nor the pool area. The place gave an old style sort of vibe which is wasn't up to my cup of tea. The rooms were clean and organized. Breakfast was ok, one night they potatoes were pretty burnt and the next night they weren't. Eggs were in a circular shape one night and the next in a taco shape with bell peppers and onions. The biscuits were always cold and dry. I think if you are looking for just a basic place to stay, not a lot of people then this is a good option.

Location was close to Iowa State.

Superb

Nothing

Everything Nothing

Hotel itself was great! The room had a little wetness feel to it even after the air was turned up. Almost like it needed an air filter change or humidifier. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the beds could be updated.

Rooms were clean and well tidy. Pool could use a little more tlc.

This is where we always want to stay when visiting, picking up, or dropping off our son to ISU. It's a very convenient location and the staff is wonderful. Last year, when we came down to help him move out of the dorm, the whole place was decorated with ISU merch and graduation decorations... it felt like a home away from home. It's a big part of why we like so much that our son chose to attend ISU and of course gives us more reason to come down and visit him. Thank You!

Good quality breakfast foods. While it's the usual array of hotel breakfast options, the food was well prepared, hot and tasted as it should. Everything was clean and staff was available, friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and quiet. I wish the breakfast had a couple more options.

Our room smell a bit musty & perfumy. The fridge didn't work & the toilet was loose. We've been staying here for years because we have family nearby. The property was really nice when it was new, it's showing it's age and could use a refresh and deep clean.
