Poor management. Booked this hotel specifically due to its location and it had a bar. Bar was open only one night and Starbucks did not open at all. Will look for another hotel for our next stay in.Ames.

We got an upgrade due to bad bathroom smell. Everything good in the upgraded bedroom.
-
Roaches all over the lobby floor and on elevator. Disgusting and very disappointing for a Marriott.

The only thing is your website says free breakfast, but that is not the case. You should change that.
-
Great property! Spacious rooms, with a spot downstairs to order food or grab a drink!

Left some clothes in the closet. Called and picked them up the next day, hangers rubber banded together. Left a tip. Hope it got to the right person!

Staff was warm and welcoming at check-in!

The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!
-
Too expensive for the price. Was able to find similar ones with half the amount paid and no breakfast included at this place where as other were offering continental breakfast included. Staff were always staying No for any requests
-
It was clean and current. The lights around the bathroom mirror reminded me of a hotel in Oslo. It did NOT have a free hot breakfast. I thought all courtyard marriots had that. Good place.
