Left some clothes in the closet. Called and picked them up the next day, hangers rubber banded together. Left a tip. Hope it got to the right person!

The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!

Clean and nice Too expensive for the price. Was able to find similar ones with half the amount paid and no breakfast included at this place where as other were offering continental breakfast included. Staff were always staying No for any requests

It was clean and current. The lights around the bathroom mirror reminded me of a hotel in Oslo. It did NOT have a free hot breakfast. I thought all courtyard marriots had that. Good place.

Clean, comfortable rooms

It looked fairly new and well maintained. the basic amenities are there, but the Bistro wasn't open the entire stay, and our rooms were not refreshed.. They have no problem jacking the rates for prime weekend, but offer less service than 2 star hotels.

Courtyard by Marriott by far is our favorite hotel to stay at in Ames. Everything is always top notch clean. The staff is always very kind plus the Starbucks is a great perk to have on site.

The hotel was very clean, easy to access, and the staff was friendly. The coffee was good in the morning. We came down to help my daughter move and it made a great place to stay. They have a bar and restaurant, and it was closed. I would say it happens often because the sign that was up was laminated, and you could tell it had been used before. My husband and I look for hotels where we can drink and eat, so that we do not have to drive if we have been drinking. This was disappointing. We were looking forward to a relaxed evening at the bar.
