Room was great. Perfect for our stay.

So, I personally went down to the front desk. Waited several minutes for someone to come up and meet me, and he rudely pointed at some stuff and said..."it's over there". I grabbed it without looking what it was and went back to my room. When I looked at it upon returning to the room it was shampoo and lotion. NOT what I needed! Well...that was a strikeout. And worthless. Didn't feel like dealing with him anymore. So, I showered with the shampoo and went to bed. The bext morning I got up and went down to breakfast at 912 am. (The hours posted are breakfast 6am-10am) They were already cleaning everything up. I really wanted Oatmeal and a bagel as I had a long day ahead of me. Flying, doctors appointments in Colorado and working that night! Once again, not happy. If my employees did that, they would most likely be FIRED.. As the manager was right there, watching this being done. I did ask the kid for a bagel, and he said yes, and went bac and got me one. But, I really wanted the oatmeal.

Did not freshen our room more than once all week even though we asked.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the pool. It was close to places to eat. The poool could be a bit larger and the flooring in the pool areat is very slippery tile which I think was not a great choice.

Conveniently located close to ISU campus, stores, restaurants, etc. Room was spacious and clean. TV did not turn on properly, so I was not able to watch any TV during my stay.

Clean room, comfortable beds, bountiful breakfast.

Staff was super helpful and rooms are spacious and well designed. Plenty of charging options for electronic devices which is great. Breakfast is typical - nothing special, but sufficient. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

We continued on our vacation and to stayed at two other hotels. This place was far above either of them.

They had a great breakfast. The room was clean and spacious.

Location The first room we were assigned the door was open when we got to the room. There was leftover food on the desk and looked like someone been on the bed and a towel left behind the door. Went back to the front desk and asked to be placed in new room! This room wasn’t much better. The mattresses desperately need to be replaced. There was a huge sunk in hole on one side of the bed. When telling the staff about our stay she was fully aware of the mattress situation. Huge disappointment since we have stayed here in the past.

Staff is horrible and the hotel is unkept.

The facility was fine, but lacked housekeeping during the day between checking and checkout, only 2 flimsy plastic cups in the room, no lotion in the room, and the garbage in the hallway was not picked up and vacuumed daily. The room was very expensive because they had a sports event happening which I feel is gouging.

I had bed bug bites and they refused to refund my night. I ended my stay there immediately. There was blood on the elevator floor that was there from the time we arrived until we left. I tried taking a shower and the tub didn’t even drain so I was standing in still water.
