Hotel and room was clean, breakfast was good and well prepared. Pool was being renovated, so we were unable to swim.

We were told that all rooms are eligible and permitted for pets ad opposed to motels that limit pets to lower floors

No sympathy from staff or Expedia when a death in family forced my trip forward one day. They refused to use one of their open rooms ONE night earlier to accommodate my stay and we had to get another hotel in another town because of it. Our room went un used and Expedia collected their commission and so did the hotel with ZERO compassion to the human side of business. I would NOT recomend this hotel OR Expedia for your hotel needs.

Excellent place other than the coffee for breakfast was the undrinkable - old, burnt, warm at best and very bitter like it was coffee from the day before.

The room was very clean and spacious.

We stayed 3 nights and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with different types of eggs & sausage each day along with 2 kinds of waffles, breads, scones, muffins, oatmeal, fruit. We only had time on one night to use the pool but it was a bit too cold. Staff was all pleasant but not around much in the evening. But no problems with our stay. Would definitely stay again.
