Place was dingy and worn and room smelled like 20 years of smokers staying there. I will not stay there again.

Aside from that, pretty unremarkable. Bathroom was not very clean and sink that is located in the room and not in the actual bathroom appeared old and weathered. Enough so that we avioded drinking the water from the faucet and used water bottles. It's a good place to stay if all you need is a bed. Being that it was a college football weekend, the prices were inflated, of course, because I would never pay that amount of money for what we received. Under normal circumstances, this hotel would fall in the $80 to $90 category.

I also didn't like the smell in my room but that's just me. Overall it was ok.

Comfortable beds at a good price. I prefer the trend toward no carpet. That would be a nice next step in their furnishings. Friendly, healthful staff that clearly care about serving their guests.

Clean room, staff went above and beyond for me, and I slept well, I recommend any one to stay here and I got a discount on my room. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Good location, good price and well lit parking lot. Breakfast was adequate with a refrigerator in the room. The work-out room was not good. The elliptical machine had a clunk when trying to use it. The treadmill also had an unusual sound. The water foundation in the work-out room was not working, and there were no towels or disinfecting wipes available. There were no water foundations in the facility, so the only option for drinking water was to buy a bottle of water from the front desk for $1. Very disappointing.

We had three different rooms. First room smelled strongly of smoke, second room dead bolt didn’t work. All three rooms dirty with bathtub stains rust on the shower rods and towel rods. Mirrors filthy, windows moldy, and bible stuck to the side table.

Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. Our room was small but efficient for 2 people. The bathtub and shower had hairs on them. The carpet had not been vacuumed well, behind the door and under tables was very dusty. The curtain on the windows was very dirty as well. Nothing terrible but it could use a deep clean. Breakfast was simple, bagels, muffins, waffles,boiled eggs.

The breakfast was nothing but cereal and dried up donuts, cold coffee.

The property was cleaned and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. We stayed for a week and even though there was a possible language barrier with the wonderful women that keep the whole property clean it was a simple Google Translate fix. Amazing kind people that own and run this location. We will book anytime that we are back in the area. And will refer to anyone that is traveling to that area.

Non smoking room but yet it smelled like it had been smoked in for years, the smell of moldy smoke persisted in my things after leaving. Gnats flying around the room when I got there. Left early, couldn't handle it anymore.
