Had to be put in a different room. Sheets were not changed, dirty floor, and a bug crawling across the floor in the first 5 minutes of getting my room. New room was hot. A/C was suboptimal. Toiletries in room were bad. All things were diluted down. Zero stars not an option.

Easy access to highways even tho far from campus; roomy; comfy bed; everything worked fine; lots of charger ports & good wifi.

Limited: only protein was yogurt, mostly carbs. The floor in the room wasn't clean. Going barefoot from bed to bathroom picked up dirt particles.

No smoke detector in the room, toilet paper holder was broken and fell out of wall

The place did what I needed to a point. Had a bed and tv. Shower somewhat worked thanks to my plumber boy friend for fixing the shower. Fridge leaked cause water all over floor yes I told the front desk. But we got sleep and shower that’s all we needed. Was there for a week

Very helpful staff! The bed was quite comfortable and overall it was a good place to stay. The bathroom could use some TLC however.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and some of the towels were dirty. The air conditioning was also leaking water, which was quite inconvenient. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and below-average quality.

The room was filthy, the bathtub finish wearing away and dirty, water on floor coming from refrigerator, air conditioner so noisy you could never have slept, ironing board and no iron, and very musty smelling garden level. We checked out 4 hours after checking in and went to another hotel. Worst hotel experience ever and an embarrassment to Expedia and the Red Roof Inn chain.

Room was clean and comfortable The bathroom! Tub leaked all night making it difficult to get to sleep. And that had caused limescale around drain and shower mat was gross and discolored. Did not shower......it was nasty
