No water pressure in the bathroom sink, could barely get my toothbrush wet. TV didn't work, took over 3 hours for them to correct the issue. No toilet paper, had to get some from the front desk

It was great

Outside looks a little dated, but the room was modern and clean. The free breakfast was solid though it had limited choices (waffles, cereal, muffins, coffee, apples and milk). I believe the room was supposed to have free wi-fi, but I never could get to work though I didn't real need it so I never asked the front desk about it. TV options were OK as it had all the local channels and a few other options and I believe you could watch nextflix on the app if you already have a subscription. Overall, it was a good value.

Quiet location. Good price. Rooms are large and include all the basic furnishings. Room lighting was adequate, but there is no light near the door so we had to turn on the bathroom light to navigate to other lights. The room had a humidity problem. When we spoke to the staff about it, they instructed us to keep the AC set to 62 degrees -- so we had to wear jackets in the room. (This solution did not really solve the humidity problem.) The bathroom exhaust fan did not work, adding to the humidity. Beds were comfortable. The hot water was adequate but we were not able to shower because (a) the bathroom exhaust fan did not work and (b) the room was too cold. We stayed one week. For the first two days there was no wifi signal -- the staff blamed the internet provider. Then for two or three days the wifi signal would come on about 11:30 PM. The last couple of days of our stay, we had a decent wifi signal. The guest laundry was unavailable during our stay -- washer out of order. Continental breakfast buffet is typical of low-end Windham hotels -- two cold cereal options, toast, bagels, waffles, muffins, chocolate mini-donuts, yogurt, fresh fruit. No eggs. No biscuits and gravy. Not many dining or grocery stores nearby apart from the pancake place across the parking lot. It's a cheap basic place to sleep but don't set your expectations too high.

Quite, excellant location.

Floor extremely dirty. Didn’t appear that tub had been cleaned
-
Overall I would say the place is okay the staff was fine the room was okay the bathroom tub and wall was pretty not fine. The bed was fantastic the TV was fantastic the air conditioning worked great during the heat wave. The breakfast was sparse but acceptable. I could get the Wi-Fi to work which definitely wasn't disappointment. Would I stay there again maybe if it was one of my last opportunities just because I try something different to see if it was better

Did not like that the 1st floor rooms were actually below ground level and stairs to reach this level. There was a ramp which was long and made a 180 degree turn.

Great place to stay

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. We were there for a concert and ride share companies were not getting people to the venue so the owner gave some people a ride.
-
I initially was put in a room that had a tub faucet that would not shut off once I turned it on there was no phone in the room couldn’t get the refrigerator door open, but they did switch me to another room and it was much better
-
Room was clean, but the floor could use more. The wifi barely works, and laptop could not stay connected to internet. When asking the front desk was told that i was connecting to the wrong wifi, and the password originally provided with room key was wrong.

The property itself is very dated, but other than that things worked adequately
-
Not much. Guy at the front desk was helpful. No extra toilet paper, not enough towels for 4 people, very small room, continental breakfast very lacking.
-
All was good, could be better cleaning the bathroom more but it was okay.

Exceptional

I would stay here again but I am very low maintenance. It was clean and quite the bed was fine, but the base of the bed was tin and made noise. The TV wasn't hooked up so I had to figure that out and one of the bedside lights and outlets didn't work. The waffle at breakfast was really good but the bagels only flavor had raisons.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade. The shower head was too low, the counter too small, and the tub was worn, pitted, and looked dirty. The staff was lovely and very helpful.
