Disneyland Hotel

The pool was so crowded and didn't have enough chairs. Space used for the cabanas that cost extra should be used for chair space instead or limit families to two chairs so they aren't just saved for hours when their kids are in the pool the whole time.

I am not to sure what happened this time...not sure if it was due to the july holiday that staff were not welcoming. I didn't feel the same bubbly, excited personality I felt on my first trip. I booked a room via a third party. Buy be aware... what third-party has as room description can be different from what you get! For example my room indicated I had booked a standard double queen bed with day bed. When I entered room I had a small standard queen room and no day bed. I called to speak with front desk and I was told that "third party's should not be describing room and that I should have called in advance to Indicate that I needed day bed." Front desk girl said, " its a busy holiday weekend and we do not have any other rooms." I kindly asked to speak with manager. I was put through to manager, who thankfuly did change my room.but I was asked to wait until new room was clean. We waited for an hour, no staff called to update room was ready! We were tired from driving 5hrs to get there. It made our day feel very long. Next, ATM machine was broken. I was told nearest ATM was in downtown disney. Lastly, gift shop will not hold purchases if going to pool ( park gift shop do). Just disappointed, spend good money but no magic spark!

We were greeted at the Disneyland Hotel by friendly staff members that quickly helped us to get checked in. Our rooms were ready and the Bell Person came to our rooms with our 15 bags very quickly! Therefore was beautiful and well maintained! The best part was the easy entrance and exit to the Disney parks ! It was my granddaughters first visit to Disneyland and she loved the hotel! It is so kid friendly!

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and the pools the kids loved. My grandchildren my wife and myself enjoyed ourselves verry much.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Disneyland hotel. It was so convenient to walk to the parks. The food and shopping on the property were excellent.

They need a smoking section!

My only gripe was that the room in the Fantasy Tower seemed smaller than the last time we stayed at the Adventure Tower. The bathroom door was hard to get in and out of the shower. If the bathroom door was open, it blocks the shower/tub. The toilet was in a separate room so that was helpful. Other than that, everything was great. We would stay again, but man… it is expensive!!!

Overall I was pleased with everything.

I was initially disappointed to not see the glow-in-the-dark moulding/wallpaper encircling the room near the ceiling that depicted pixie dust. But was delighted by the illuminating fireworks lights above the headboard that played a brief tune when turned on. Quite pricey for weekday accommodations but well worth it for a multi-day visit for first-timers.

I loved the Disneyland hotel so much I won’t be staying at another hotel when I visit the parks. Everything was nice the staff, the room, the decor the pools! My kids, husband and I loved it.

The property is wonderful and staff were great. The room was a bit older and showed a lot of wear but was magical none the less. It was convenient and easy to get to Disneyland early and have a short walk at night.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed but two things we did notice. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming apart and the lights on the side of the headboard didn't work. Unfortunately as we later noticed after the air conditioning would shut off it would make this knocking sound for about a minute and a half. This was every single time it shut off so I'm not sure what it was but it was pretty annoying. Of course we had already unpacked everything for our stay so we didn't want to complain about it and possibly get moved. After all our view was amazing! Anyhow the staff was great during our stay and they came to help grab our bags. The gentlemen made an impression on my husband he's been there 39 years and boasted about his job. Great guy I wish I could remember his name. I do however remember Jeanette at the snack/gift shop who helped me twice. She's definitely a great cast member. Thank you for having us and making my nephew and new niece celebrate their honeymoon in style

Rooms were clean and comfortable, there were also so many magical details in the room. Staff were very helpful and parking was easy/close by. The only issue I would say is there aren’t enough food options in the actual resort (especially during our stay as the restaurant there was being remodeled).

Everyone very helpful, spotless, cleaning crew was amazing. Had a magical stay!! Can’t wait to return. My only suggestion is that the bars should close at midnight for those of us who are older and want to relax after a magical day.
