The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time with plenty of options

We got there around 1:30pm but the room was ready and they let us check in. The front desk lady was very nice and informative. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. Mina, a staff member at the breakfast area, tried her best restocking/refilling everything during the peak hour. She was nice and professional despite how hectic it got for her. They could use another worker during breakfast. The dining area was nice.

The staff was very helpful, we arrived later in the evening as planned. The staff was very helpful especially when we had a suitcase which lock did not open even with the correct combination. Breakfast the next morning was good and the transport to the rail station was extremely appreciated.

The room was very nice as expected. The breakfast was mediocre, adequate, but expected more from this expensive chain. Staff were very helpful refering us to a dinner spot across the road. Airport shuttle was very accommodating, driver was attentive, safe and helpful.

Hotel was okay at best, breakfast never had any food, everything was empty almost every morning. Water in the morning never got hot for showers. Location was easy to get around, not close to downtown though if that’s where you’re wanting to spend most of your time. Expensive for what it is….

Well, decent room and location. Ample parking spaces. Stayed for two separate nights - 1 stay was Ok with no issues. Second stay was a mess. Breakfast item was over by 8.00 AM. Paying 440$ a night and not having breakfast items was kind of weird. Most of the breakfast items were over and there was no refill. People who came after 8.00 AM had little options on the breakfast, though the breakfast was supposed to be open till 10.00 AM. It was a joke on how they managed this situation by saying to hotel guest that there was no food. In addition to it, there were no one at counter for close to 10 minutes during checkout. I felt the overall facility was poorly managed with absolute no interest towards customers concern.

Location and staff. Breakfast was great.

The front desk was very helpful in getting us a shuttle to return our rental car and taking us downtown to get our cruise transportation. Tofi even recommended dinner and gave us a discount card. She was amazing! Everything was great

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was super helpful and the shuttle made it possible to explore the city without renting a car or paying for Ubers. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well! The pool and hot tub need work (hot tub not functional and the pool was older and cold - plus the tile around the pool was extremely slick and not super safe) Other than the pool/hot tub, the hotel was great! We actually stayed there two different times because we enjoyed it so much!

Location was perfect and the Hampton shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us the next day to the train The room which was quite spacious could have used a dresser with some drawers and a small couch to sit on

We arrived at 4AM and our room was no longer available even after informing the hotel of my late arrival. They tried to tell me the room was flooded and moved us without informing me. The manager would not speak to me to explain the desk clerk refused to contact her. I will write a very bad review on google. The staff.

Helpful staff and the shuttle service to downtown is great

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Shuttle was fantastic and quick and easy.

Very comfortable and had a good stay. Breakfast was good too and the staff was wonderful The room kinda had an oder of feces I couldnt tell if it was from the lack of having a fan in the bathroom / the door being so open since it was a sliding door or the plumming. Since I was on the 3rd floor I couldn't open my window which I understand why but it made the room very muggy.
