Convenient location and good breakfast.

The room was clean and even though the shuttle was broken they ordered us a taxi. Nice place to stay overnight for next day flight.

I highly recommend this hotel.The front desk staff is really friendly and welcoming.Breakfast is also excellent.The room is also nice and comfortable.

We had two main issues during our stay. First, while we were in the room another person walked in to our room. They rented the same room out to two different families. Second, we found someone else's red boxers in the back of the drawer. Sadly, the only thing the staff said was sorry. I felt more needed to be done. I will not stay there again.

Homeless people across the street, ran out of the continental breakfast one morning, room smelled like old smoke. Staff was nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel, well maintained and clean. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, nice workout room, friendly, helpful staff. The shuttle was right on time early in the morning, as requested, and it's a short trip from the hotel to the airport.

Property is just ok. Had issues with bath room door and later got moved to a different room. Staff was good in responding to the issue and gave us another room. Breakfast was good, kids loved it.

My family and I needed to stay one night and utilized the shuttle to get to the hotel. The shuttle driver was kind and personable. Front desk staff were helpful even pointing us to a good diner down the street. The continental breakfast was very good, clean and well stocked. For a one night stay the hotel was very good. The only thing that took away from the stay was the homes across the alley from it. They were very unkempt, but it didn't affect our stay.

Bed in Room 405 was like sleeping on the Grand Canyon. Mattress needs to be replace asap!

I really appreciated the quick shuttle that came within 15 minutes of me calling. For my return shuttle, they were ready earlier than the time I requested, and were able to take me to the airport earlier!

Opened the door to our room, we were hit with a putrid foul smell. Like mold and water. We immediately called down to see if we could change rooms and none were available unlike 5 min before. They sent housekeeping to spray 10 or 12 squirts of a solution that did nothing. The bathroom showed wear. The bathtub had a rust spot in it. Carpet squares were coming up by the door. Our view from our window was of a house that had mounds of trash and people coming and going from it. It was awful. We went and bought Lysol spray and candles To try to get rid of the smell. For paying almost $500 for the room, I expect more. This brand of hotel is off our list. The linens were clean and the breakfast was fine. The staff was nice but not helpful.

Plenty clean, helpful staff. The shuttle to the airport and train station was very helpful. Hotel was good location for our activities, though the actual immediate neighborhood is not the best. That said, Pho restaurant is walking distance and is quite good.

The rooms were very soundproof.
