La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport

Everything was perfect! And the staff was wonderful!

Very clean & super friendly staff.

The hotel construction is shoddy and cheap. Don't think you are getting a "quality" accommodation for $400+ per night. We can overlook that our room had a view of the alley and two homes with refuse filled yards. We found the doors, cabinets, shower, sink to be just cheap and shoddily installed.

NOTE: They say they have an airport shuttle. I called as soon as we got our bags and they said they’d be there In “10 minutes”. During the next 45 minutes I called twice again, and finally they told us to take a taxi!! Every other hotel shuttle bus came and went at least twice, and many 3 times during our 45 minute wait. So we finally took 2 taxis to the hotel. There was one positive — the breakfast was very decent. If you have ANY other hotel options in Anchorage, take them.

Did not like the area. Window view was of a dilapidated neighborhood.

We reserved 4 nights the 1st night we got there we were told they had sold our room to someone else, so they sent us to a sister hotel Clarion we went there the room was dirty the location was bad it was just a junky room we had to sleep on our rental car and did not stay at the Clarion. I did call the front attendant at the initial hotel we were supposed to stay and he said he could not do anything but let his supervisor know.

The staff was great! I had to stay a few extra days unexpectedly but the staff made the scheduled adjustments very easy!

Good size room. Friendly and helpful staff Bathtub was very slippery and no where to hold on. Rubber mat provided but still not very safe. Plumbing in room was noisy. We could hear others. Not much area to unload luggage. No gluten free choices for breakfast for my wife.

From the astonishingly beautiful hanging petunias and gardens to the always hot coffee to those wonderful smiles greeting me and saying. “ Welcome home “. In my experience few compete with LaQuinta. This will always remain my first choice.

Nothing flashy, but this hotel delivers where it counts. It has free shuttle, free breakfast, clean rooms, and genuinely friendly staff. The room was comfortable and I was happy to find a real bathtub. It stings a little on price, but that seems to be the going rate around here, so La Quinta isn't really the one to blame.

Room had no working ac when turned on it smelled like dirty laundry and was filthy so the room got very hot and muggy, the view from the window was a crack house covered in trash everywhere. Not worth almost 500.00 for a night!

Nice, clean updated property. The staff were friendly and we used the shuttle multiple times and it was always on time and had great communication for pick-up and drop-off. Bed were comfy, showers had good pressure and were hot. We only stayed for a night prior to our flight out, so can't speak for how convenient it is for doing tourist-y things in Anchorage.

Good property with walkable food options and good service

Booked because it had a free airport shuttle. At check in, I requested a ride and was told that it was unavailable at that time because they were taking someone to the train station. One lady asked her coworker if she should give us a voucher for the taxi we needed and he said no.

Breakfast and shuttle made for a very easy stay!

On the positive side, they sent shuttle to pick us up at train station at 10:30pm and also took me to airport in morning to pick up rental car.
