Qupqugiaq Inn

I found the in inn to be convenient too many places I had to go. The staff was extremely friendly. It’s not fancy, but it’s also not expensive. The rooms are clean and well laid out. I thoroughly enjoyed my week there and appreciated the staff attention.

This is a badass little spot . Being one of the more affordable rooms i could find , i didnt think it was gonna be great but it was . Everybody was real cool and welcoming . They let me in early cause i just got off my flight . Rooms were hella clean and maintained . Smelled pretty good too

Great place. to stay if you're used to occasionally having community bathroom. Some of the units have individual bathrooms, but you have to make sure you book it that way. Great place to stay in Anchorage, Alaska, Especially since you're only really there to sleep because of all the activities. Centrally located easy access to everything in town. Friendly staff self-use community kitchen.

I want to support local businesses and was very excited to do so. But if they can’t assure we don’t walk away with a bigger problem then I’m sorry to say I’m going to be honest in my review.

Our room was comfy and the bathroom tile was very cool

Making my way to my room and I commented that I was a little drunk and that lugging my luggage up three flights of stairs was a challenge. You would have thought I killed Bambi. The female manager started yelling at that this was an alcohol free area and that drinking any alcohol was forbidden. I didn’t say anything at the time because I needed the bed. But I did go check everything from my reservation through Expedia’s to the typed sheet of rules in the room. Nowhere in any of that does it say anything about alcohol. The hotel is incredibly loud. Between Merrill Field and the downtown road traffic, wear earplugs/Airpods to sleep. If you have any other option, including a tent, please explore it. I wish I had.

This was a great room to stay in. Across the street is some great little restaurants I recommend Wngs & Things. Very good wings. Eric was super nice. I’ll definitely stay here again. I checked out early in the morning and asked if I could get my receipt email to me and it was. Don’t have a vehicle but there is ample parking in the rear.

Great for the price… simple clean room…. No breakfast, shared bathroom, right on a busy road across from a strip mall

I punted on this property and found another after being shown the room. This property is not in the best part of town, and there were homeless people on the street around it. I feel like the description of the property was less than honest. In my opinion, it is a glorified hostel. If that is your jam, it may be OK for you. Just keep in mid that on the upper floor, there are 30 rooms and 3 shared bathrooms.

It's an older hotel, but well maintained. Obviously well cared for.

Very affordable and comfortable. Could hear through the walls pretty easy though. Cars passing outside and people in other rooms/in hallways. But overall very ideal stay for the price.
