The room had alot of bugs and roaches. The shower was not clean had to shower in my slippers

Booked hotel because of breakfast and outdoor pool. The breakfast was minimal at best. But the pool needs to be closed down --- I have never seen a hotel pool with green algae all around the outside. Would never pass a health department check!!!!

This is a dirty gross old school motel 6 style place. Smelled like pot. People fighting in the parking lot. Wrecked cars in the parking lot. Bedding was damp. Door handles dirty and sticky. Horrible night sleep. Ick.

Room was good, ice maker broken and toilet was clogged upon check in and no one from maintenence was available so I had to plunge the toilet.

I chose this because it was rated as at least an 8 (very good) on the app. The property and room was more like a 5-6. Room was ok, but had a lot of wear and tear, broken but operable toilet, all a bit more grimy than an "8" would lead me to expect.

The smell of marijuana was prevalent and the dead cockroach in the dining area at breakfast were far from ideal.

We stayed in the new building, it was clean and nice, and our room was very spacious. Great room. Cleaning ladies were very friendly. Breakfast could have been a little better, it did have some of the usual stuff (waffles, packages of oatmeal and grits, packages of pastries, coffee, etc.), but no butter for the pancakes and no juice.

This is an older building with exterior access to rooms. The renovations (flooring/no carpet, shower, furniture, paint on top of paint) are aging but make the place easier to keep clean. And it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Didn’t enjoy the constant odor of marijuana outside but I honestly expected it at this price point. Very convenient to I-85 and about ten minutes to quaint downtown Anderson.

Roaches crawling on the shower walls and bathroom sink and in the floor of the room

I booked a hotel room through the Expedia website and paid for one night. I checked in, but I didn't stay in the room for more than five minutes because it was disgusting. There was hair everywhere and trash piled up behind the beds, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in months. I immediately went to the front desk, handed the keys to the concierge, and left. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but he told me he couldn't process it because a third party was involved.
