This hotel was exceptional! The staff was very kind and the hotel itself is well maintained. It’s located in a nice area that isn’t the farthest from most of the tourist areas. The breakfast was good and the small grocery area was definitely a plus!

The breakfast and the room were fine. During the day, the room next to us became occupied by a family that were smoking pot and talking loudly and woke us up at 2:30 am. I called the police and they showed up. The girl at the front desk that night was useless. When it happened again the next night, my husband asked for us to be moved and they did to a much quieter room. I was shocked that the girl at the front desk did not ask the family to leave because of their behavior. When we asked her about that the next day, she said, "Oh, they had a small baby with them." That made the situation even more shocking. I will never stay there again.

We love it there. It is convenient, clean, the amenities are nice, and generally the staff are very great. Our bathroom door would not stay shut and the pool could be warmer.

The system was down during my check-in and the friendly helpful lady at the front desk was able to assign a room and provide a key. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. The gym is a little sparse but okay. Overall a nice place to get a good nights sleep.

This hotel got all the small things right. Easy to figure out how to turn the lights on in the room, turn on the shower, and adjust the temperature in the room. The referigerator was quiet, there was an iron in the room, parking was free, and there was no mold in the shower. All the things you expect, but so many hotels fail on these basic issues. The breakfast was nothing speacial, but sufficient for my needs. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for my meeting and the price was reasonable.

It had a great staff. The breakfast was tasty. The room was very comfortable. The location was convenient for me. The checkout time was very good (noon). I had a slight alergic reaction (slight skin rash) to the soap provided in the shower. (fortunately I brought my own soap)

We had a very positive experience! Food was great. Eggs at breakfast were cooked correctly and not over seasoned. Good selection, even plain yogurt which is hard to find. Plenty of fixings for oatmeal. Coffee was fresh. Great stock for snacks and drinks for purchase on site. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. We travel frequently to the area to see family and we will be back. The value was excellent compared to any place we've stayed. Thank you!
