La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boston-Andover

My family and I stayed a total of three days two nights. We were a big group so we got 4 separate rooms. We wanted a pool for our trip because we had kids in our group. The first night we got there the pool was “ shut down “ due to high volume use the day before. It was to reopen the next day - never was. The room my aunt stayed in had mold growing on the floors and smelt of mildew. The room I stayed in had holes in the walls / stains on the floors and stains on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for a removal, and after being out of the hotel for over 2 hours when I got back the sheets were not changed. There was a huge bag of trash left in the halls that had over flowing mirror wave dinners coming out of it. The halls smelt of very intense cat pee. Over all it was a cheep place to stay but not worth all the inconvenience. I would not recommend

I chose to take my children to a hotel to swim. We booked this hotel, with swimming being the sole purpose. The property did not let us know the pool would be closed both days of our stay. It was a complete waste of money. We didn’t NEED a hotel, we went to swim. Additionally, the tv only had 20 channels. No kids channels. The shower could have been wiped down better. The bed was not comfortable. The desk in the room was not wiped and had greasy residue on it.

Room are clean, staff are friendly.

The property appears clean and well maintained. The receptionist, Chad, was especially helpful when we requested a room change after being assigned a room with a smaller bed due to an automatic system allocation. He understood our concern and promptly arranged a replacement room for us.

We stayed here recently and were incredibly disappointed. The most shocking part was the state of the floors. After walking around the room for just a short time, my son's white socks were completely black on the bottom from the built-up dirt and grime. The property is an old building, which would be fine if it were properly maintained, but it smelled strongly of mildew and mold throughout our stay. A fresh coat of paint doesn't make up for filthy floors and structural neglect. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously overhaul their housekeeping and maintenance standards.

2 day stay and the room was never cleaned. T V setup was the worst we’ve ever had Lumpy beds were hard to sleep in we won’t be going back there are many other hotels in the area to stay at but

It was CLEAN, comfortable & staff were so friendly, so helpful The 2nd draw of dresser didn’t open all the way & 3rd draw not at all but was told it was not a real draw which doesn’t make sense. The room sleeps 4 yet only 2 draws with a small closet. I don’t believe it’s enough. Where the microwave & coffee maker is, need a light. Also the top outlet does not work. Can’t plug anything in.

Breakfast was great, all the staff we encountered was great, but the pool was very gross and unmaintained. I had been between this hotel and another which was $20 more expensive but had an outdoor pool and I wish I chose the other one.

The place was dirty. The hallways haven't been vacuum in a month. It was quiet. The entire place is run down. Need Paint, Needs general maintenance. The vinyl base in my bathroom was falling off. The shower door handle was failing off. They don't do regular room housekeeping. I was surprised when I came back to my room for the second night, the bed was not made. Dirty towels on the floor. Very disappointing. There is a lack of General Maintenance, and a lack of supervision.

Overall all is fine. I usually do not get cleaning , but policy is they do not clean on a 3 night stay but call for any needs. The breakfast is a bit weak there.
