    I joined my family at this hotel following a graduation and it was great. I had been waiting at a nice lobby until it was time to check in and I was greeted with a warm cookie after checking in. Room conditions were nice and so were the hotel's surroundings that included a gazebo.

    I requested a room with 2 double beds and a pullout couch. They could not accommodate me citing that I booked through Expedia, as if I were being penalized.

    Very quiet didn’t hear any doors slamming in hallways as people left which u hear a lot of in other hotels. Property was lovely and restaurant on site was fantastic. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again

    The room and the beds were comfortable. It could have been cleaner. I had lipstick on my water glass which I mentioned to the breakfast staff and a person at customer service. Make sure to ask for an itemized receipt at the end of your stay. I was told I was all good since they had a credit card on file. I asked for an itemized receipt and they had charged for 4 extra breakfasts even though we had it already included in our stay. Our beds were not made everyday and we had to ask for extra towels for multiple days since they only provided 2 bath towels when we were a party of 3. Our stay could have been better.

    I was traveling from Washington, D.C., to Boston for a two-night stay at the DoubleTree in Andover. On June 12, 2026, my flight—and countless other flights across the East Coast—was canceled due to circumstances completely outside of my control. I immediately contacted both Expedia and DoubleTree in an attempt to find a reasonable solution. The hotel’s response was that Expedia is responsible for authorizing any resolution because the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform. However, when I contacted Expedia, I was repeatedly redirected without receiving a clear answer or resolution. As a result, neither party accepted responsibility, leaving the issue unresolved.

    well i’m not happy stayed last night and my room was covered with bedbugs both begs bedbugs in pillows and bed like they don’t wash the sheets the bathroom tub was so dirty housekeeping needs to do better they are horrible

    The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. Then we were told we’d be placed in another room it never happened due to a wedding at the hotel. Maintenance was suppose to come back to fix the toilet while we were out. We came back five hours later to it still broken, honestly one of the worst experiences ever for me.

    The property is neglected and sad but the hotel was okay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and included in our rate.
