Not having an access to the barbecue area.

Great location at about 30 min out from Downtown Boston but free parking and a fantastic breakfast

After a long day travelling was disappointed that the Hotel had no record of our reservation from Expedia. Then not being bale to get through to speak to someone which was taking a long time selecting the automated options without resolution. Eventually sorted when Hotel contacted Expedia which they could have offered when we arrived.

I enjoyed the location, clean and quiet My room was near the elevator , the noises and concerns of carbon monoxide being omitted soon after tragic situations in other locations caused a restless night otherwise 10 of 10 on overall satisfaction.

However, we were staying overnight because we went to a wedding and knew we would be out late and wanted to have a nice, relaxing morning with our family (who also reserved rooms). The frustrating thing that prevented this was an extremely loud fire alarm went off for approximately two hours in the morning! It was so loud that you couldn’t even think straight nevermind try to relax in your room. For some reason, no one seemed to be able to turn it off. The hotel staff couldn’t figure it out, the fire department showed up but also wasn’t able to turn off the alarm, 2 hours later a security company showed up. We understand these things happen, but this seemed to us to be an extreme amount of time to not be able to turn off a very loud alarm. When we checked out we asked if there was any type of reimbursement for guests and they said they weren’t sure, I would have to check with who I booked through. Regardless, it seems the hotel could and should directly handle that for the convenience of the guests. Post construction, I’m sure this hotel will be wonderful but our stay was challenging…

Great breakfast options, helpful staff, quiet environment, affordable

I got there and there was some lightbulbs in the lamps. The shower curtain was missing the next day. Water was off between 6 AM till 4 PM. It was a nightmare and yeah, I didn’t get refunded for nothing.

Good hotel.

They did not disclose when I made a reservation on Expedia that half of the hotel was under construction. And when I checked in they didn't tell me the water would be turned off from 10 am-6pm the next day. In fairness, they did give me a small credit

The property was going thru renovations but the staff was friendly and overall a really nice experience. We had a family trip with friends and they were also pleased with the stay.

Nice rooms and great breakfast.

It was a quiet space and easy to sleep in. My room had a small kitchenette which was nice to have. Staff replaced a broken ironing board within the hour when I needed it. Breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options including vegetarian. Parking was close by and checking in/out was easy. I got a great recommendation for a cafe (La Greeka) in Lawrence from the front of house staff.

Staff doesn’t answer their front desk
-
Simple check-in process. No hassle. Decent facility even though certain parts were being worked on.
-
Construction was going on and it wasn’t the normal upgrades kind more of a cleaning up a scene. Front desk gave us water bottles to bathe with because even they said the water was contaminated.

Of the three hotels I have stayed at in North Andover, this one is the cleanest and most convenient for me. Wish the prices would always be what I paid for this last 2 day stay, it would save me from having to go to the other hotels when I come up once per month for two days at a time.

The room was freezing and struggled to regulate temp. The hot water didnt work on morning number one. The elevator stopped working. The breakfast lady never restocked the food an hour before closing down.
