Absolutely gorgeous clean rooms, a home away from home, staff was so nice and helpful, spotless newly renovated room was amazing, secluded but also a few minutes drive to many stores and restaurants.

Great place great location

Although the hotel was in the process of some renovations I had a very good experience there. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and courteous, and the amenities readily available. The included breakfast was great but you need to ask for the waffles as the waffle maker was in the kitchen during the renovation. The kitchen employee provided waffles for those interested in less than 3 minutes. As I walked the parking lot I noticed new sinks and counter tops as well as tile that was ready to be installed. There was painting taking place as well which means that the hotel is very concerned about staying up to date. There were no detours hindering our ingress or egress. I recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had cookware etc. very clean. There was construction that wasn’t expected and my AC unit was really loud

Its a nice comfortable but damn theres ac motors running all night sounds like a train outside the window. Hard to sleep left at 4 am because it was so loud

The room was clean and the breakfast very good ! A lot of options, including gluten free, wich I truly appréciate !

The staff at check in was great. There are two buildings, 1 newly remodeled, the other under construction, I stayed in the side under construction and it was very messy. The room appeared clean when I walked in. I later discovered the toilet water was brown even after flushing it several times. There was also a terrible odor. There was a small ac window unit in the room. The unit couldn’t keep up with the size of the room and constantly ran and was very loud. On the second night I felt something on my leg while in bed. I found some sort of bug crawling on me. I have attached the picture of the bug to the Google review.

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the highway yet quiet and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. However, facility was being remodeled and I was not told this upon booking which I hate. I want to know upfront any potential issues.

Hotel is under major renovations and does not disclose this! Hotel emailed me the morning of my check-in date to tell me that the 2 bedroom suite I had reserved months in advance was not available. The morning I was to check in is when they email me to tell me this news as I'm on an airplane traveling across the country about to arrive. The rate being charged in no way reflected the major renovations going on. Hallways, elevators, lobby, breakfast area all under renovation. We went elsewhere. Very disappointing.

After a long day travelling was disappointed that the Hotel had no record of our reservation from Expedia. Then not being bale to get through to speak to someone which was taking a long time selecting the automated options without resolution. Eventually sorted when Hotel contacted Expedia which they could have offered when we arrived.
