This is our second time that we stay by the same days. Breakfast always delicious and with a variety of different foods and drinks. Nice place for relaxing. I totally recommend it to everyone.

I had a huge suite -- more than I needed! -- and it was well-appointed. But the best part was the staff. I left behind my sports jacket in the closet, but I made a quick call, and they fetched it and kept it at the front desk for me for a few hours until I could circle back. The staff could not have been nicer or more responsive!

The only complaint was the soap left in the shower from the previous guest, the lack of ports to charge my cell phone, and the drain for the sink.

There was issue with the water supply. Apparently there was a recent water flush of the system. I went to take a bath and soak in the tub and the water was brownish. I did not get in.

The gentleman at the desk was sweet kind helpful and thoughtful. Can’t remember his name but he’s the manager. Thank you for helping my sister and I when our reservation wasn’t seen on your end

Pull out sofa blanket from clean linen bag was dirty. Otherwise, no complaints about the experience.

Lots of broken items, kitchen not fully stocked with basic items. Lots of repairs needed

Very clean great staff, but room a bit outdated and Breakfast can be better.
