Nice, clean, outside pool, area the BBQ, and spacious suites.

Clean Comfortable Breakfast was great Convenient Would stay again anytime in the area It was better than some of the fancy hotels we stayed at during our travels through New England Recommend 100%

The facility was clean and comfortable. Laundry facility only 1 washer and dryer set worked.

We had to move to a new room because the refrigerator was not working properly. In the new room, the kitchen faucet was leaking water all over the counter. They were unable to fix it while we were there. Property needs some TLC.

We liked everything about the Sonesta ES Suites, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and comfortable room and beautiful surroundings. Although it was quite a distance from Boston City, we managed well with Uber and trains to make us feel we weren't that far from the buzz We had no negatives about Sonesta but would have been nice if there was an option to dine in the evening, even if it was a buffet choice. Despite this not being available, Andover town is a short cab ride away and there is plenty of options to either dine out or purchase some food shopping for bringing back to the Sonesta

The room was very clean. The hotel was very clean and also scenic. The grounds were nicely kept. Early morning breakfast was also very tasty

It was very clean and quiet, recently renovated with comfortable bed. Good breakfast Laundry room had some washers that didn’t work

Everything was perfect, beautiful rooms, comfy bed and spacious. Only I see the hotel needs ice machine.

Stayed with a group of 16. We had 7 suites, everyone was pleased with their accommodations. Breakfast was subpar but otherwise the hotel was great!

The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was good especially the pancake maker. The staff were always very helpful at reception.

I needed a pet friendly place and so this was great. They put me in a room very close to the exterior door and even upgraded because they didn’t have any more rooms that were pet friendly at my Price. However, the beds seem narrow to be a queen, they’re not comfortable. The AC system in the room is extremely loud and blows directly on one of the beds, making it very uncomfortable. The carpet did not appear to be clean. The grout or caulking in the bathtub appeared moldy perhaps and pieces were missing. Other worn edges on cabinetry. Needs to refresh. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Not sure I would pick it again because of the HVAC situation.

Arrived at 02:00 to a lovely greeting from staff. Big room and the unexpected included breakfast was a bonus

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The wifi was a little wonky. To be fair, I didn’t report it and just used my iPhone’ hotspot.
