Shannon was so nice and accomodating! The vintage toys add a nice touch and we felt very welcome.

It's a warm and comfortable stay in a great location, right on the U of M campus. Shannon is a wonderful host who took care of all our requests. We stayed in the attic which has a comfortable large bed, excellent heating and lots of electrical sockets for all our devices. Will definately be back again.

I highly recommend the Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast Inn. The location, literally right next to the U of M campus, is ideal if the university is on your agenda, the rooms are clean and pleasant, and parking on the property is a big plus. The common area, which includes the breakfast area, is delightfully decorated with all sorts of quirky knick-knacks and is a friendly place to spend time. Shannon, who runs the B&B, was always responsive and accommodating and did everything she could to make my stay convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty choices. If you want a place that’s less sterile and cookie-cutter than your standard hotel, give this B&B a try.

The host was very friendly. The room was really nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious! The B&B had a lot of nice little touches that made it feel welcoming and homey. The location is right across from campus and a short walk downtown. I’d definitely stay here again.

Shannon is a wonderful host. She gave me a warm welcome and showed me around the property. The room was clean, cozy, quiet, and well-maintained. I usually don’t sleep well when traveling, but I had great sleep throughout my stay here. Shannon was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. Highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The breakfast was very delicious!! I loved the little egg sausage pie breakfast things. The environment was so homey, and I loved talking about our day over breakfast! There were so many yummy options, and I left feeling satisfied and full!
