Ann Arbor B&B Inn

We had a wonderful stay! A clear expression of the heart, hospitality, and creative spirit of Ann Arbor. And so convenient to the University of Michigan, I am looking forward to coming back!

Loved staying here even though it was just one night! Would absolutely stay again! She was helpful & friendly, we loved the uniqueness of her place. LOVED the sheets & pillows on the bed…I want them for my house!

The location is perfect being close to the university and downtown. I could walk everywhere. The host is wonderful, friendly and helpful, and knows the area well. Breakfast is plentiful and the host offers variety. The dining area is bright and sunny and there is a large balcony with many tables overlooking the lovely garden. I had one of the smaller rooms, and used the dining area to eat some take out dinners as well and was made welcome there. Unlike a vacation rental, which i have recently given up on, it had plenty of hot water and an inner spring mattress. And lots of little touches like boxes of tissue, a snack basket, real mugs with the coffee/tea maker, etc. I will stay here again when i come back to Ann Arbor.

Shannon was so nice and accomodating! The vintage toys add a nice touch and we felt very welcome.

It's a warm and comfortable stay in a great location, right on the U of M campus. Shannon is a wonderful host who took care of all our requests. We stayed in the attic which has a comfortable large bed, excellent heating and lots of electrical sockets for all our devices. Will definately be back again.

I highly recommend the Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast Inn. The location, literally right next to the U of M campus, is ideal if the university is on your agenda, the rooms are clean and pleasant, and parking on the property is a big plus. The common area, which includes the breakfast area, is delightfully decorated with all sorts of quirky knick-knacks and is a friendly place to spend time. Shannon, who runs the B&B, was always responsive and accommodating and did everything she could to make my stay convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty choices. If you want a place that’s less sterile and cookie-cutter than your standard hotel, give this B&B a try.

The host was very friendly. The room was really nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious! The B&B had a lot of nice little touches that made it feel welcoming and homey. The location is right across from campus and a short walk downtown. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property is conveniently located right across from the Central Campus of the University of Michigan, making it easy to explore both the campus and nearby shops. Shannon is a wonderful host. She gave me a warm welcome and showed me around the property. The room was clean, cozy, quiet, and well-maintained. I usually don’t sleep well when traveling, but I had great sleep throughout my stay here. Shannon was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. Highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
