Clean comfortable room, nice staff, but no swimming pool or breakfast
-
The staff was helpful in checking us in early and finding us a quiet room. There was no breakfast as advertised because of the remodeling going on. Parking was easy.
-
No breakfast although advertised , hotel is rundown and in nine days only one day was there housekeeping. Had to beg for toilet paper and had to take out my own trash. Stained and sticky carpet
-
The pool was still closed room was clean and staff very nice.
-
Beside me using water in the night. No pool as advertised. There was no breakfast like advertised. There was a sign saying when it was open but we asked in the morning and they said we’re doing breakfasts.
-
pool was closed, no breakfast but coffee available all day parking is good, area is safe and convenient to where we needed to be
-
Clean, comfortable, convenient and close to sporting event.
-
Delightful checkin with smiling staff. Clean room, comfortable beds. Even laundry guy was smiling!
-
Property under renovation, hard to judge. Room was clean and staff very polite and helpful
-
We bought Lysol wipes and spray to clean up. Too late and tired to argue about the state of our room . AC worked, shower pressure was good, wifi strong. This place needs an enormous overhaul from floor to ceilings.
-
Room was clean and fairly new. Did not like being advised at check-in that pool was unavailable and no breakfast due to ‘renovation’, however there was no sign of any renovation at all.
-
The room was clean and check in was efficient. However, I didn’t understand how they advertised breakfast and then had a sign up saying that it was a private breakfast for a group that was staying there. Also there was no real sugar just artificial sweetener and no creamer at all. The pool was out of order which I had planned to use after driving all day. Overall it was just an ok stsy

Staff was helpful in recovery of cables when taken out by housecleaning.
-
The property was “under new ownership and being renovated” so there was no breakfast, no fitness center or pool, no sign outside, indicating that it was a hotel or any business. The staff were polite, but very hampered by all of this. The room was clean but dated and the beds were fine.
-
Special thanks to the housecleaning staff who found my toiletries bag in the restroom.
-
No pool or breakfast at this time, but I think they will be available later. Perfect for us.

In terms of the property - when we got there, the pool and the breakfast were both not available. Due to renovations, they were not offering either one. The lobby and lobby bathrooms were clean, but as you went up to the rooms, the carpets in the halls and in the rooms are in need of some deep cleaning as they were filled with many obvious stains. The room itself shows wear but is operable and clean condition. I knew going in it was going to be a budget hotel and it was what I had expected. The only thing that I didn't love was the constant smell of marijuana. It seems that some guests were partaking outside. Therefore, the smell waft through the whole lobby, elevators and even up through the halls. It lingered for the two days we were there. While I can't blame the employees, a gentle reminder to smoke an appropriate distance from the front entrance could prove to be a good sign to put up. There is a closed and abandoned Applebee's next to the hotel and no sign on the hotel or on Green Road telling you the name of the hotel. You need a good GPS! Otherwise, it is easy to miss. However, the surrounding area is quiet and has the feeling of being in the suburbs. There is even some green space nearby to walk / run / let kids play. It's not a busy area or noisy. Ample parking, too.

We appreciated the space for our dog, the ample parking, and the friendly, professional reception staff member. Our room was clean but the bathroom needed renovating.

Good experience
