Main floor public bathroom was “dirty” to the point that the toilet couldn’t be sat on and the toilet was clogged for 12+ hours. Staff was nice when talked to. Like to see an increased attention paid to the common areas

Im a return guest because this hotel exceeds expectations of its “budget” category! Spotless, comfortable bed, soft linens and towels, wonderfully scented toiletries provided, and the cozy room is perfectly appointed! Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Front desk clerk gave me a standard room instead of the suite that I ordered. After insisting that Expedia booked the wrong room for over an hour, the clerk realized that he had given me someone else’s room despite having my ID and credit card which clearly didn’t have the other person’s name on it. Also so NOT stay in room facing the freeway if you are light sleeper. I was up all night with trucks roaring past on the freeway.

Fire alarm went off at 6:20 am and continued until 7:15 am. Walls were paper thin and could hear every footstep taken. Breakfast was non-existent

There needs to be more handicap parking spots available.

My room was clean you could use a bit more variety for breakfast.

The walk to the room was giving this needs new carpet and hotel is old vibes. However the room with no carpets was just fine. Not much as far amenities. Free breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but fine. Overall it served its purpose for a clean place to lay our head not far from the university with shopping and restaurants. It’s not a “vacation” hotel but I wasn’t expecting that either. The lobby had a vending machine for drinks. The hotel isnt equipped with a mini store with snacks and beer or wine like a lot of hotels.

We picked this hotel because it offered a free shuttle. The shuttle is from 7- 3 Monday-Friday and check in is at 3. How could you possibly use the shuttle the day of your visit. We were not able to shuttle for the MW concert. Breakfast was very limited in their options. No eggs, sausage, pancakes or hash browns.

The hotel was very comfortable and met all our expectations. Staff and housekeepers are very friendly, helpful and polite. Great family hotel, parking lot is well lit at night abs parking is very easy to find late at night. Location is great, nearby University and their shuttle service to Ann Arbor is the cherry on top! Thank you for such a great stay!

Staff were wonderful and the room was clean. Improvements needed- more pillows, microwave sounded like it was going to explode, fridge desperately needed defrosted.

The room had everything we needed. Staff was excellent and very pleasant. Location was very convenient to a local restaurant serving all day (including breakfast all day). Plenty of parking. Bed was comfortable. Room faced the freeway and there was some slight noise, but not horrible. Neighbors on the other hand were quite loud. Toilet flushed VERY loudly. Room was on the small side.

The vending machine in the lobby was out of order, not terrible but inconvenient.
