The hotel was very comfortable and met all our expectations. Staff and housekeepers are very friendly, helpful and polite. Great family hotel, parking lot is well lit at night abs parking is very easy to find late at night. Location is great, nearby University and their shuttle service to Ann Arbor is the cherry on top! Thank you for such a great stay!

Staff were wonderful and the room was clean. Improvements needed- more pillows, microwave sounded like it was going to explode, fridge desperately needed defrosted.

They have a nice breakfast and a nice facility there. The staff is friendly. The beds are not the most comfortable, and the air conditioning roars.

A simple hotel with good beds & everything working & pleasant. Clean & well run; prompt housekeeping (touch ups each morning). Great staff who were friendly and helpful with our large family group occupying 8 rooms. A short walk (without crossing roads) to eating spots, nail salon, & a nice grocery store in the same complex.

Hotel room was clean and staff was very helpful. Room felt a bit like a dorm (but that is completely understandable given its closeness to the University of Michigan). Continental breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels.

The location was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and polite. The property is well-maintained. Breakfast could be better. I saw the same menu as on my visit last year! More options on the TV.
