Hotel location is very convenient to north campus. The rooms are ample in size and comfortable. Pool is very nice. Staff was very friend and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The suite was large, clean and comfortable. Very nice kitchen area. Breakfast had a good variety and the food area was very clean.

Clean, neat Price was way too high, then you get charged an additional $100 for a pet for one day.

The room we got was a two bedroom suite and it was perfect for my daughters sleepover!

We live in town and specifically booked an overnight stay to use the pool with our children to celebrate a birthday. I called before booking and the day before to ensure the pool could be used and was told it was operational. We arrive and the pool is so cold none of the children would get into it. I was told the heater is broken. The spoke with the same person at the front desk (Jayden) who I spoke to the night before on the phone and he took no accountability for providing me with inaccurate information. I was calling to specifically ask about the pool and he told me is was working when it wasn't usable. This resulted in tears in the hotel room instead of a fun family celebration. Very disappointing.

The beds were comfortable. There was a microwave fire in the lobby, our shower made a terribly loud noise and took forever to get hot. The shampoo and conditioner were very oddly scented and I was allergic to them. They double charged me for the room. I paid through Booking.com before I went and they charged me again when I got there $270.03 refund has still not went through and the location of the property was very hard to find and get to.

Top notch place to stay. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Very clean! Breakfast was very good! Pool was a hit with my granddaughter. I highly recommended staying here on your next trip to Ann Arbor!

The room was clean and the front desk was helpful especially when I came in after 1 am for check in and almost 4 am for checkout for one day.

the room seems as if it recently renovated. loved the bathroom expecially the mirror.

The room was fine beds were nice , however we reserved a 2 bedroom suite and when we got there it was under maintenance so we had to split the family into two single rooms and use the pull out sofa. Breakfast was good and the front desk clerk was really pleasant and helpful. I just really wanted us all to be together. Also the elevator was under maintenance. I would have given it 4 stars if not for the room split. At least they gave us an additional room though.
