The hotel is outdated the bathrooms has rust and mildew in the corners of showers the paint is peeling in bathroom around the doors the shower wasn’t clean carpets are old and of course that holds smells. The rooms are outdated dark and gloomy. The elevator is just creepy. Small and could give way at any second it’s literally one family at a time don’t bring luggage!! You have to let it ride up first then you go. Staff was ok! Terrance seem like he was tired. Overall it was a place to lay my head for the time being.

Location House keeping was at its worst. I will think twice before coming here again. As a Gold member of Hilton, We even complaint to manager but he did not bother to reply to our 2 emails. Probably they don’t care who guests are or think about hotel. Arrogance at its peak.

Would have given it 5 stars, but the air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

Hotel and room were clean. The pump soap in the shower was out, and the toilet ran for over 5 minutes before shutting off. The buffet breakfast was good, but a bit expensive.

Cons: The Air Conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep. It clunked on, it clunked off. Not good.

Not free... didn't go The room smelled of dogs... stains on the floor.. my dogs were good, but the room was horrible!! I told the clerk, but she just said to contact someone.

Location There was a staff person at the front desk wearing a mask who was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. We told her about a problem in the room and she acted as if she couldn’t have cared less. Her attitude was appalling. She is a terrible reflection on this hotel.

Convenient hotel that is kept clean with friendly staff and free yummy cookies at check-in :)

I think I should be compensated for hotel.com not updating their website to let me know that the pool was closed down. That’s not fair to the customers at all. That’s false advertisement that the pool was open. Crazy
